A moment to yourself. This is a meditation for attracting your dreams and goals. Find a comfortable position, seated or lying down. Focus on your breath through the entire meditation. Just let go and feel the energy.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Now think about something you want to happen.

A dream or maybe a situation you'd like to experience.

Try to visualize this experience or this dream floating around up in the universe.

Like tiny little particles,

Tiny little pieces of stardust that still hasn't been brought together.

Not completely united.

Just floating.

It's out there,

But it's not real yet.

Now turn your attention to your inner core.

That incredibly powerful center where all your energy are gathered in the middle of the body.

Turn your attention to this powerful,

Powerful place inside of you.

Just stay there.

Focus on it and take a few deep breaths.

Visualize how your body now is creating this incredibly powerful attraction.

So powerful it might just suck in all the positive things you want in your life.

Start steering this attraction towards those particles out in space.

All that stardust floating around.

That dream,

That experience.

Let your attraction pull those particles towards you.

Start drawing them in breath by breath.

And while they're moving towards you,

They are also moving towards each other.

Uniting.

Becoming one.

And by each breath you can feel this stream,

This situation growing stronger.

Now it's within your reach.

So breathe it in.

And let it fill up your entire body.

Let it flow through each vein.

Let it flow under your skin.

Let it become part of you.

Unite with this dream.

Unite with this situation.

You are now one.

Just stay with your breath.

And notice the reactions of your body,

Your emotions,

Your feelings,

Your experiences.

Now is not the time for doubt.

Now is not the time for unwanted feelings.

Now is the time for belief.

Take a deep breath in and sigh it out through your mouth.

Give yourself another deep breath in through your nose.

And sigh it out through your mouth.

Stay united with your dreams.
