Find a comfortable position.
Maybe you're sitting.
Maybe you're lying down.
Maybe you have your eyes closed.
Or.
.
.
Maybe you're gazing at a spot in front of you.
Take a deep breath.
In through your nose.
Out through your mouth.
Take another one and give yourself a moment of complete relaxation through your exhale.
Let's take one last deep breath.
Inhale.
And exhale.
Total relaxation.
Clear your mind.
Just take a short moment to reflect on how much you try during the day.
All the things that you do.
All the things that people expect.
All the things that you really have to do that aren't a choice.
Notice how your body feels thinking about this.
Focus on the deep or the darker feelings and emotions regarding all your musts.
Maybe you have anxiety over stuff at work.
Maybe there's an ache in your body from my physical effort.
Just notice how this makes you feel.
All this darkness.
All these obligations.
Try to breathe through them.
Try to make each moment,
Each breath,
Each thought a little lighter.
Through the inhalation and through the exhalation.
Make each feeling a little lighter,
A little brighter.
And start imagining a bright,
Very strong light surrounding you.
Growing bigger and bigger each time you exhale,
Each time you inhale.
You still see all your tasks,
All your musts,
All your duties.
They're still there.
But now you're relating to these tasks,
These duties in a brighter way.
They are only changing because you choose to look at them in a different way.
They're still there.
And you're still obligated to perform.
But maybe with a lightness,
Maybe you can look at them through different eyes,
Through a different point of view with your breathing helping you.
So let go of the anxiety towards all this.
Let go of the pain,
The stress.
Because the tasks are still there,
But there's no need to create tension.
You can do it in a calm and gentle way.
Just breathe your way through it.
Relax your body.
Relax your forehead.
One step at a time.
One task at a time.
One breath at a time.
