The voice fades into ten hours of continuous, soothing music, supporting deep, restorative sleep. Ideal if you struggle to fall asleep, wake during the night or you want calming sounds to stay with you until morning.

This is your time now,

You've done enough for today,

So just be here,

Resting,

Feeling your body supported,

If your mind is still a little busy,

That's okay,

You don't have to change it,

You're just not following any of those thoughts now,

Because you don't have to solve anything tonight,

You're exactly where you need to be right now,

And it's time for you to rest,

So from here on you can listen to my words,

Or just let my voice fade into the background.

Take a slow breath in,

And as you breathe out,

Feel your body sinking a little more into the bed beneath you,

Another slow breath in,

And as you breathe out,

Let the muscles around your eyes relax,

And your jaw soften,

Feel how your arms are fully supported,

Let your hands relax,

Your fingers resting just as they are,

Notice your chest rising and falling,

Your tummy is soft,

And your hips supported by the bed,

No tension anywhere in your body,

Now let your awareness begin to stretch outward,

A sense of space around you,

You're floating in the stillness,

Each breath easing you a little further into rest,

Into sleep,

And as my voice fades,

The music will continue as you slowly drift away,
