Welcome,

My name is Heidi and I'll be guiding you through today's meditation.

Please find a comfortable seat or lie down in a position that offers you support and you feel relaxed,

Allowing your mind to become still and peaceful.

Once you are comfortable please close your eyes,

Bring your awareness to the sounds you hear in your environment.

You might hear traffic in the far distance,

You might hear people around you,

Just notice any sounds that you can hear.

Not attaching to those sounds but rather just noticing them.

Now shift your awareness to the sound of your own breath,

Your gentle,

Soothing,

Calming breath.

If your mind wanders,

Gently bring your awareness back to your breath.

Imagination is the first step to creativity.

Create a picture of the life you desire in your mind.

What do you want?

What do you want to create in your life?

Unleash your imagination.

There are no boundaries.

In detail,

Describe what you desire for your home life,

Relationships,

Life experiences and career.

Whatever you desire,

Include it and describe it in detail,

Adding color and texture to your picture that you are creating of your own life.

Imagine what it would look like.

You are creating a stunning masterpiece of your life.

Now step into this picture you have envisioned.

How does it feel to be in this world?

World.

Use all your senses to see,

Hear,

Touch and feel every moment of this life that you have created.

Filled with joy,

Purpose,

Fulfillment,

Happiness and peace.

Experience it all.

This picture of your life that you have envisioned is now the blueprint for the life you want to live.

Revisit it regularly to assess if the energy you are expending and the decisions you are making align with your blueprint for a purposeful and fulfilled life.

Slowly bring your awareness back to the sound of your breath.

Then notice the sounds around you.

Take a slow long breath in and sigh it all out.

Feel free to move and stretch and then open your eyes.

I invite you to journal what you imagined.

Write it down or draw it.

Put it all on paper and come back to it over and over to remind you of your purpose.
