And days when you're feeling stuck in overthinking and caught in the pressure of doing everything perfectly.
Let this prayer bring you back.
To the sacredness of small steps.
This is a prayer for choosing progress over perfection and remembering that becoming does not happen all at once.
Tune in,
My friends.
Take a soft breath in and nice long exhale out.
Let yourself arrive to your body.
And allow this prayer.
To reach your heart.
For today,
May I choose small actions instead of waiting for the perfect one.
For today,
May I stop measuring my life by how perfectly I perform,
How quickly I move,
Or how much I produce in a single day.
For today may I soften the part of me that believes I have to get it all right before I am allowed to begin.
For today may I release the conditioning that made me believe I only matter when I'm perfect.
For today,
May I stop believing perfection is the price of belonging.
For today,
May I remember that perfection often keeps me frozen while progress keeps me in relationship with life.
For today,
May I let each imperfect attempt become evidence that I'm still listening,
Still learning and still alive.
For today,
May I trust the sacredness of imperfect action.
May I remember that the path becomes clear as I walk it.
For today,
Please let me become someone who can move without needing certainty.
Please let me become someone who can practice without needing mastery.
Please let me become someone who can show up without the need to be perfect.
Please let me become someone who leads from pleasure,
Not pressure.
Today I choose movement over stuckness.
I choose practice over performance.
I choose devotion over control.
I choose progress over perfection.
And if I forget,
May I begin again.
Gently,
Lovingly,
One breath,
One choice,
One small step at a time.
Sew it.
Thank you for joining me on the Unconditioning Path.
My name is Hadi and I see you in the next one.
