This is Heather Ash-Amara and this 10-minute visualization will be focused on clearing self-judgment and resistance.
So get your physical body comfortable and take a breath into your belly as you close your eyes.
I'm bringing your awareness down to your belly and imagining that you can visualize a bright fire in your belly.
Imagining with every breath that you're blowing to increase the brightness of this fire,
The intensity of this fire in your belly.
As that belly fire begins to brighten that you feel a warm glow in your belly,
Feel a sense of relaxation.
And imagine into that fire you can begin to put any self-judgment,
Any fear,
Any place that you've gone against yourself or wished you were someplace else or someone else.
Start to feed that into your belly fire,
Taking your self-judgment and offering it up to the fire,
Asking the fire to transmute those places of self-judgment,
Those places of comparison.
And also any places of shame or guilt that you might be carrying,
Feeding all those into the fire.
You might imagine that you're feeding leaves to the fire or pieces of paper or just energy,
But really visualize when you add something to the fire that you can feel the fire consuming it,
That you can hear the sound and that the fire then burns more brightly.
Feeling that belly fire really bright.
And then bringing your awareness up to your heart.
So with your belly fire burning brightly,
Now imagine a fire in your heart.
And you might imagine the flames as a different color or a slightly different texture.
Visualizing what does the fire in your heart feel like?
And imagine that this fire that you're growing in your heart can help you to relax and open the heart.
Ah,
The breathing out any tension that you're holding.
And feeling how this fire helps you melt any armoring,
Any stress,
Any anxiety.
Keep breathing,
Relaxing the shoulders,
Opening the heart as you imagine this fire burning more brightly.
And imagine that this fire helps you to open to your resistance.
To turn and face the resistance without believing it,
Without giving it any more energy.
And that the fire helps you to slip past your resistance.
So instead of bumping against your resistance or running away from it or trying to push against it,
Use the energy of the fire,
Of that movement of the fire to imagine that you can just slip past your resistance towards what you want to create.
Feel how the brightness of your fire gives you the energy and the creative will to slip past your resistance towards what you want to create.
And now bringing your awareness,
Keeping that heart fire bright,
That belly fire bright,
Bringing your awareness now to your third eye.
Up between the eyebrows and feeling a fire at your intuition.
Noticing what is that fire of your intuition feel like,
What he's sensing.
Imagine that you can open to the stars and to the sun and to calling in more inspiration,
More energy from the stars and the sun.
So imagine this very clear,
Bright,
Almost diamond like energy in your third eye.
And that you can now pull that energy from your third eye,
That clarity,
Pulling it down into the heart.
So that your heart also feels clear,
That you're open to your intuition,
That you're open to your inner guidance.
And now planning for messages around what's your next step.
So on the other side of the resistance,
Where do you want to put your energy and your focus and your action?
Don't worry about the resistance,
Just feel what's on the other side and what would it feel like to be active and engaged and open hearted.
Bringing your awareness back to your heart and that fire in your heart and once again feeling that dance between yourself and the resistance.
That you're fluid,
So the resistance doesn't hook you,
That you're able to move through it,
Move past it,
Almost like a dance move or an Aikido move.
So step towards that vision of how you want to be in the world or in relationship to your project or your action.
Beautiful.
Now taking that energy from your intuition,
That clear,
Bright diamond like fire of your intuition,
Pulling it down through your heart fire and down into your belly fire.
So mixing the belly fire and your intuitive fire and really connecting to your body instinct.
Feeling the power and wisdom that your physical body has.
The knowing of how to engage and the place where your body doesn't have any self judgment.
Your mind might have a lot of judgment,
But your body does not.
So let yourself rest into that feeling sense of being connected to the instinct and the intuition and the wisdom of your body.
And feeling how your body connects to the wisdom of the earth.
That you're an extension of the earth.
And that you are as worthy and as beautiful and as powerful as all the trees and animals and plants around you.
You are a perfect manifestation of earth and sky,
Of matter and spirit.
Taking a few more breaths into your belly.
Honoring your belly fire.
And opening your awareness now to connect your belly fire to your heart fire to your intuitive fire.
And feeling the sky above you,
Guiding you and the earth below you supporting you.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes and be ready for your day.
