Relaxing and meditating in a continuous stream for 24 hours.
This guided relaxation and meditation is offered by the Heartfulness Institute,
A global movement of volunteers dedicated to the evolution of the human spirit.

Take a moment.
Find a comfortable place to sit away from distractions.
Turn off your mobile phone.
At the end of the session,
Remain in a peaceful mood for as long as you like.
When you are ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Carry this feeling of peace with you through all your activities.
You may do this guided practice any day and every day.
Sit comfortably.
Close your eyes very softly and very gently.
Let's begin with the toes.
Wiggle your toes and feel them relax.
Relax your ankles and feet.
Feel energy move up from the earth through your feet to your knees,
Relaxing the legs.
Relax your thighs.
Let this energy move up your legs,
Completely relaxing them.
Now relax your hips,
Your stomach and waist.
Feel this energy relaxing your back.
From the top to the bottom,
The entire back is relaxed.
Relax your chest and shoulders.
And feel any tension simply melt away.
Relax your upper arms.
Feel the energy move through your forearms,
Into your hands,
Right up to your fingertips.
Now relax the neck muscles.
Move your awareness up to your face.
Relax the jaw and mouth.
The nose.
Eyes.
All the facial muscles are relaxed,
All the way to the top of your head.
Feel how your whole body is now completely relaxed.
Now move your attention to your heart.
As you rest there,
Gently make a supposition that the source of light already present in your heart is attracting you from within.
Stay with that thought,
Remaining still and quiet.
Rest there,
Becoming absorbed within this deep silence.
A soft bell will sound at the end of the meditation.
