As you begin to settle,
Gently close your eyes and begin to connect to your breath.
Just breathe naturally,
Allowing each breath to flow easily through your body,
Inviting stillness into your day.
Notice any tightness,
Any tension.
Noticing the third eye,
Your jaw,
Shoulders,
Your back,
Belly,
Hips,
Knees,
And toes.
Now,
Begin by taking some cleansing breaths.
Breathing deeply through your nose,
Filling your belly,
Your ribs,
And your chest.
Holding at the top,
And then let it go,
Sigh it out.
Do this for a few more breaths.
Letting go of any stagnant energy from your body.
Deep inhalation,
And let it go.
Inhaling peace and love for yourself,
And exhaling any thoughts or feelings that no longer serve you.
Feeling a sense of release with each exhalation.
Inhaling deeply,
Belly rises,
Exhaling completely,
Belly falls.
Now is a perfect time for setting an intention for your day.
How would you like to feel today?
Taking a few moments to just breathe and focus in on that intention.
As you take your deepest breath,
Allow the arms to rise overhead.
Bringing your palms together,
And then allowing the thumbs to come down to your third eye.
That space right between the eyebrows.
And take a moment to connect with the feelings of gratitude.
Gratitude for your practice.
Gratitude for yourself.
And gratitude for this beautiful day ahead.
Bringing love,
Light,
And gratitude out into the world.
Bringing the awareness back to your body.
Softly opening your eyes,
Coming back into this space.
