Hello and welcome to this meditation brought to you by Healing Waves and Mind Your Subconscious.

We thank you for being with us.

Go ahead and get into a comfortable position with a straight back and your arms and legs uncrossed and your palms facing upward.

And once you're comfortable,

Take in a deep,

Deep breath and slowly breathe out your mouth everything that is no longer serving you.

Go ahead and do that one more time,

Take in a deep,

Deep breath and watch how your lungs and your belly are filling with air.

And now breathe out through your mouth everything that is no longer serving you.

And one last time,

Go ahead and take in the deepest breath that you've taken in all day and feel how the air is traveling into your lungs and your belly.

And slowly breathe out through your mouth,

Feeling the air traveling out of your body.

And now let your breath return back to normal and just relax even more with every single breath that you're taking.

And whenever you feel yourself drifting off,

Go ahead and focus back on your breath.

Focus on the air traveling into your body and out of your body.

And focus back on my voice.

And now go ahead and imagine that there's a funnel on the top of your head and in a moment there's going to come white,

Beautiful,

Light healing energy through this funnel into your body that is going to relax every single one of your muscles.

Imagine or feel or see this beautiful white healing energy now traveling through this funnel into your skull,

Making your eyelids feel really,

Really heavy and just so relaxed and so comfortable.

Imagine how this beautiful white energy is now relaxing your nose,

Your cheeks and your ears.

And now also your mouth and your jaw,

So much so that your jaw may part a little bit because it is just so relaxed.

Feel how your whole head and your whole face are just so relaxed now from this beautiful white healing energy.

And now go ahead and feel how this beautiful white healing energy is traveling downwards,

Down your throat and your neck and how it is relaxing every single muscle in your throat and your neck.

Feel how this beautiful white energy is traveling down even further,

Relaxing your shoulders,

Relaxing every single muscle in your shoulders,

So just let your shoulders drop,

Let your shoulders fall and just let all the tension in your shoulders just float away.

And now this beautiful white energy is traveling further down,

Down your upper arms and your forearms into every single one of your fingers.

All the muscles in your upper arms and your forearms and every single one of your fingers is now completely relaxed.

And now this beautiful white energy is traveling even further down,

Down into your chest,

Down into your stomach,

Down your back,

Relaxing every single muscle in your chest,

In your stomach and your back.

And now feel how your whole entire upper body is just so wonderfully relaxed and feels so comfortable.

And now this beautiful white energy is traveling even further down,

Down into your bottom and into your thighs,

Relaxing every single muscle in your bottom and your thighs.

See or feel or imagine this beautiful white energy traveling into your shins and your calves,

Down your ankles into every single one of your toes,

Relaxing all the muscles in your shins,

Your calves,

Your ankles and your toes.

And now you can feel how your whole body is feeling just so comfortable and so,

So relaxed.

How your whole body is feeling good.

How all the tension has just floated away.

How you're just feeling so comfortable.

And now go ahead and imagine a beautiful staircase with ten steps taking you down,

Down to a door with beautiful white light shining through it underneath.

Go ahead and imagine a material for this staircase and feel this material on your feet as you're standing at the top of the staircase.

In a moment I'm going to count down from 10 to 0 and as I count down from 10 to 0 you will feel even more relaxed,

Even more comfortable and you will go deeper and deeper into relaxation.

10 You're taking your first step down to 9,

Going deeper and deeper into relaxation.

8 Relaxing more and more.

7 This relaxation feels so wonderful.

6 This relaxation feels so good that 5 You want to relax even more.

7 4 deeper down,

Deeper down into relaxation.

This relaxation feels so warm and cozy that 2 You want to relax even more.

1 Feeling as relaxed as you have never felt before.

0 Find yourself in front of the door with white light shining through it underneath and go ahead and open that door now and find yourself in a beautiful white room with a white chair that is super comfortable where you can just take a seat now.

3 You're taking your first step down to 9,

Going deeper and deeper into relaxation.

4 Go ahead and take a seat and see or imagine a movie screen popping up in front of you with the most beautiful garden you've ever seen.

You actually want to step into that garden so just go ahead and step into it,

Step into the screen and find yourself in this beautiful garden.

Feel the grass on your feet.

See the beautiful plants and trees around you.

Smell your favorite flowers and plants.

See the birds tweeting in the background.

Feel the breeze on your skin and feel the sun rays touching your skin at the perfect temperature for you.

Look around you and just feel safe,

Comfortable and at peace.

And now I want you to remember whatever it is that you want to let go of today.

Feel whatever it is that you want to let go of today in your body,

Whether that's the feeling of anger,

Guilt,

Shame or any other negative feeling,

Feel wherever you feel that inside your body.

If you want to let go of a person or situation,

Remember what they make you feel like and feel wherever you feel this emotion inside your body.

Really dive into the emotion and feel it once again.

And now imagine that there is a hot air balloon beside you and into its basket you're going to place all of the emotions that you have inside your body.

So go ahead and either pull out or breathe out all these negative emotions you have inside your body.

And imagine these emotions turning into a gray matter in front of you.

And this gray matter you're going to put inside the hot air balloon basket.

Pull it outside of you,

All these emotions,

Breathe out all these emotions and see or imagine or feel how they're turning into this gray matter right in front of you.

And just place them into the basket of the hot air balloon.

Fill up the balloon as much as you need to.

Take however long you need to to fill this balloon and to get rid of all the negative emotions inside you.

Feel how you're becoming lighter and lighter with every gray matter that is getting outside of your body.

Feel how you're turning lighter and keep placing these emotions into this hot air balloon.

And once the hot air balloon is full,

Find a lighter next to you and light this hot air balloon.

Make this fire big,

Make it burning,

Feel the heat of the fire and see the hot air balloon just floating away.

You have given it enough fire so that it can float away.

It may be heavy at first but it can float away.

It's going to float and float into the sky,

Up into the sky,

Up into the sky,

Floating away with all your emotions,

Up,

Up,

Up,

Up into the sky,

Floating further away so you cannot see it anymore.

So you can just see little dots and then even the dot becomes the sky so you cannot see it anymore.

And now you can take a deep breath in and feel how much lighter you feel.

Feel how the heaviness is gone.

And now that you have space in your heart again,

You can let love in.

Just imagine again that there is a funnel on the top of your head where love can flow inside you.

And imagine how from up above love as a white beautiful energy is coming inside your body and how it is filling your heart,

It's filling your whole body.

You have space again now for love.

You have space again for positive emotions.

You have space for love,

For healing.

Call in the love,

Receive the love and be grateful for the love.

Feel the energy of love inside your body.

Feel it replace these empty spaces where all the negative emotions were.

And feel warm.

Feel good.

Feel peaceful.

Feel loved.

Feel great.

Feel amazing.

Feel light.

Feel love.

And now in a moment I'm going to bring you back up.

In a moment I'm going to count from one to five and by the time I count to five you're going to be wide awake,

Feeling good,

Feeling light,

Feeling happy and feeling refreshed.

But before that I want your subconscious to remember that you have filled your body with love.

You are love.

You feel more love.

And you love to love.

One,

Coming back to this time and space,

Coming back to this room,

Noticing the sounds in the room.

Two,

Feeling the energy coming back to your body.

Three,

Wiggling your toes and your fingers.

Four,

Take in a deep breath and fill it with love.

And slowly breathe out love as well.

Five,

Wide awake,

Eyes open whenever you're ready,

Feeling light,

Feeling happy,

Feeling loved,

Feeling refreshed.
