Self-Realization: A Guided Crown Chakra Cleanse

We will be focusing on our crown chakra (note B), located between the top of the skull. This is your center for grace, beauty, serenity and oneness with all that is. If we feel out of balance in any of these areas, this sound bath is designed to help us reconnect with ourselves and realign this power center. Feel the connection with the top of your skull and focus your attention on your crown, releasing tension in this area. Breathe deeply.

Our next chakra is our crown. Allow your awareness to observe the space at the top of your skull. Feel as your head relaxes. Now visualize swirling white light filtering through the top of your skull. Allow this frequency to clean out your old energy. Pulsing new vibrations into your crown chakra. Clearing and restoring. Feel these waves as they enhance your self-realization. Your beauty. Your serenity. Clean your oneness with all that is. Breathe into your crown. Embody the frequencies as they flow through your skull. Each strike moves and activates your cells. Creating space for healing as the steady vibrations weave together your renewed energy. Feel each pulsing vibration as healing light moves through your crown. Each strike breaking up dense energy. Building the gateway for transformation. Now take a deep breath into the top of your skull. Allowing this frequency to restructure and rebalance your crown chakra. Surrender to the sounds as they permeate through your being. Rebuilding your energy and realigning your chakras. Embrace the vibrations. Each strike stimulates and activates your cells. Witness the pulse of vibrations as they rebalance your crown. Feel each pulsing vibration as they rebalance your chakras. Your energy has been cleared. And your crown is activated once again. Giving you the sense of deep oneness with all that is.
