Self-Expression: A Guided Throat Chakra Cleanse

Part 5 of our 7-part chakra cleansing series. We will be focusing on our Throat Chakra (note G). This is your center for communication, creativity, truthfulness, and integrity. If we feel out of balance in any of these areas, this sound bath is designed to help us reconnect with ourselves and realign this power center. Feel the connection within your voice and focus your attention on your Throat, releasing tension in this area. Remember to breathe deeply into these frequencies.

Allow your awareness to observe the internal as well as the external space of your throat.

Feel as your neck relaxes.

Now visualize swirling white light filtering through your neck.

Allow this frequency to clear out your old energy.

Pulsing new vibrations into your throat chakra.

Clearing and restoring.

Feel as these waves begin to activate your voice,

Your communication,

Your expression and your truthfulness.

Breathe into your throat.

Allow the vibrations to move through you.

Each strike moves and activates your cells.

Creating space for healing as the steady vibrations weave together your renewed energy.

Observe each pulsing vibration as healing light moves through your throat clearing your blockages.

Each strike breaking up dense energy.

Opening the gateway for transformation.

Condensate energy for liberation.

And take a deep breath into your neck,

Allowing this frequency to restructure and rebalance your throat chakra.

Allow the sounds to embody your being,

Renewing your energy,

Realigning your chakras.
