Heartache comes in many forms,
Whether from love to loss to just being painful.
It all feels the same to each of us.
Right now,
We are here to hold space for you while we bask in these healing vibrations together.
Let's first listen to the sounds for a moment.
And allowing our bodies to open up to the singing bowls as they flow through your body,
Easing your heart with every pulse.
Just feel the vibrations and tune into yourself.
We will now place both hands on our heart.
Just feel and observe your heartbeat and how it feels in this very moment.
No need to label and attach good or bad to the feelings.
Simply observe it.
Feel each beat as it presses against your hand,
Alive,
Strong,
Beating powerfully in your chest.
Our heart is how we feel and experience.
It lets us know we are alive.
Feeling is why we are here.
Let's breathe into our heart.
Take a deep breath and as you breathe in,
Feel the oxygen move through your chest and help to bring your heart comfort.
And as you breathe in,
Feel the oxygen move through your heart and exhale the weight.
Let's take one more big breath in.
Feel the oxygen move through your heart and exhale the weight from your chest.
You may place your hands back down to your side in a comfortable position.
Let's continue by observing our breath.
Soft and gentle breathing as we sit in the emotions we are experiencing in this very moment.
Just breathe.
We aren't trying to run from the feelings,
But to be present with them.
To feel all of the emotions in this very moment by simply observing your breath.
Feel free to take deeper breaths if you feel any discomfort in your chest.
But just breathe and listen.
Allow the vibrations to soothe your heart.
Feel as the sound waves pulse through your chest.
Using your heart with every vibration.
Feeling heartache is okay and unavoidable.
And when we're in it,
It can be excruciating.
You are safe in this space to be with your emotions.
To be with your feelings completely and to process with us.
Now bring your hands back to your heart.
Feel it beating against your hands.
Every beat,
A spark of life within you.
Allow you to gently breathe into your heart while you feel it beating in your hands.
It is okay to process what you are feeling right now.
It can be very uncomfortable,
But knowing that all moments pass with time and that feelings and emotions are in constant change.
We can trust that we will see the light again.
Just feel your heart beating.
Let's just be for a moment.
Just listening to the sound of the singing bowls.
Your presence is allowing the vibrations to gently massage your heart.
Feel as the waves hold you in a place of love.
Space is being held for you.
You may process however you need to.
Simply listen and feel.
Your heart is tender and loving and though pain is unavoidable,
Time heals all wounds.
This is your space to process and to feel as your heart begins to heal.
It's okay.
You're okay.
And everything is going to be okay.
Let's take another nice deep breath in together with our hands still on our hearts and feel as the oxygen flows into your chest,
Easing your heart and as you exhale,
Blowing out any tension you may be experiencing there.
Take a deep breath in.
Feel your chest and observe the oxygen flowing through it.
Now blow out the tension in your chest.
You may place your hands back down to a comfortable position.
Let's just listen for a moment and check in with ourselves.
This is your space to experience whatever surfaces within you.
It is okay to feel your emotions and it is okay to cry.
Crying allows profound emotional release as it allows us to process on a deep level.
Let's continue breathing as each breath allows for release as well.
Just breathe.
Just breathe.
There is so much love for you here.
So much compassion for what you are going through.
You don't have to say a word.
Just be with us.
Just keep breathing.
Keep feeling.
And keep being.
You are doing so great in this life and your pain will pass.
Know that you are loved here.
Continue to just listen to how the vibrations are making you feel.
Bringing you relief with every pulse.
Feel this moment.
Be true to yourself in this moment.
This moment is for you and however you must process.
Just feel.
Remember our emotions are here for us to experience,
Not to run from.
And that this space will always be a safe container for you to process whatever it is you may be experiencing.
