This is the wavelength our brain switched to when we have a clear,

This meditation was designed to help realign your heart chakra.
By accessing the alpha wave brain state,
You'll be able to comfortably focus on your heart chakra and feel the sensations you are experiencing in this area with peace and clarity.
These calm feelings will allow you to release any tension or discomfort you may be experiencing with a relaxed state of mind.
