Let us move into a relaxing position.
You may bring some movement into your neck and shoulders or your wrists and ankles as you make your way there.
And as you settle,
Begin to become aware of your breath and gently close your eyes or lower your gaze.
Take a deep breath in,
Expanding the belly as much as possible and slowly exhale,
Pushing all of the air out.
Repeat this breath twice on your own,
Noticing any sensations or feelings that may come about.
Now I invite you to allow any thoughts,
Feelings or emotions to come forth in response to this question.
What qualities of yourself do you feel you may need more of at this time?
Again what qualities of yourself do you feel you may need more of at this time?
As answers come up,
Try not to judge where your mind goes.
Just notice.
Once you have a few,
Begin to see these qualities as seeds being planted in your being.
Feel these qualities growing in each and every cell in your body.
Visualize these qualities being nurtured by your love of self and that from the world around you.
As you inhale and exhale,
Feel your breath nourishing the growth of these things that you want more of for yourself.
Every breath in,
Strengthen what you need at this time and with every exhale out,
Let go of what you do not.
See these qualities grow within you.
Feel yourself beginning to bloom into a more confident,
Creative and graceful being.
Sense the love that is being cultivated and feeding your growth.
Take a deep breath in,
Expanding the belly as much as possible and slowly exhale,
Pushing all of the air out.
By growing and evolving our innermost qualities,
We give room for our fullest bloom and expression.
Begin to bring your attention back into your space.
Start to slightly move your fingers or toes and when you are ready,
You can open your eyes.
