Greetings from headlines. A short introduction to the first series of getting your feet wet. This is a very gentle journey into your inner world to deepen your experience through a quiet practice of listening through to acceptance that we are much more closely connected than we realize.

Hello from Headlines and my name is Robert and with Adrian we've created this four sessions and two guided meditations of five and ten minutes each for you to begin your practice with.

The first beginner's introduction is called First Date and it's the first time perhaps you'll be turning your attention inwards.

So it's a gentle and detailed session for you.

The second one is All Hail to the Inhale and concentrates on breathing which is very important.

The third session is True Nature Walk and a walking meditation to practice the activity of inactivity.

And finally a wellness meditation so that you can begin to practice the turning in and turning out of self-care and care for others around you.

We really hope that you benefit from this and use this as a springboard to start your practice to enhance your daily existence,

To have a feeling of well-being and perhaps more calmness as you go throughout your day.

From Headlines we wish you well on the beginning of your journey as you cast off the ropes and dive into yourself and find the treasures that lay within.
