You can feel a tingling sensation in your veins.
Something is already activating.
I want you to tap into that.
Tap into the feeling of blood running through your veins right now.
Tap into the awareness of your heart beating.
Your body digesting,
Detoxifying.
And your humanness being on the earth which is spinning on an axis inside of a universe.
A gigantic,
Large,
Vast,
Endless universe.
Explosive,
Outward.
All the while being aware of your skin,
The microbes on your skin,
The aliveness in every cell of your being,
The blood running through your veins and the constant energetic movement that is natural of everything that exists even when you are still.
This movement,
The movement that occurs without your comprehension,
Your conscious awareness,
This is the energy that we are activating now.
This is the energy that we are utilizing,
In creating,
In manifesting,
In being,
In allowing,
In receiving.
This is the energy.
It is not physical,
It is not emotional,
It is not spiritual,
It is not energetic,
It is already happening,
It is the energy of life.
So take one breath.
And with that breath,
Feel the synchronization of every single cell of your body.
Incarnate.
Moving,
Spinning,
Articulating.
Living,
Doing its thing so your breath can do its breath.
Working together.
Spinning in unison.
Like a piece of the most divine,
Beautiful music ever witnessed.
This is your natural state.
This is where everything is created from,
Not your physicality.
This.
Continue to breathe.
Activation begins with awareness.
There is so much going on with you still right now.
So with your awareness to activate,
Let's give this symphony a color.
This symphony that is so characteristically unique that it made you.
One in trillions and trillions and trillions of potentialities.
It made you.
So let's give you a color,
Your energy.
It doesn't matter what the color is,
Trust what you see,
What you feel,
What you hear,
What you sense.
And now,
With your breath,
Imagine this color expanding and contracting.
Emanating from the core of your body with every breath,
With every in,
It contracts.
With every exhale,
It expands.
Your in breath pulls this color towards you.
Your out breath releases more of this energy.
And with every out breath longer than that,
Inhale.
As you breathe,
Notice how easy and effortlessly.
This color begins to transcend your physical body and surround you,
Out into the ethers.
If you decide to breathe in for longer,
You can bring it closer to you.
If you decide to breathe out for longer,
You can expand it.
Feel it surrounding you.
And begin as this color begins to transcend the corners of your body and enter the ethers outside of your physical space,
Your physical body.
Notice that it becomes a little difficult to define where you end and the rest of the world and experience begins.
Notice as you activate your energy and this color expands,
That so do you.
And it feels a little different out here.
With this activation and awareness,
You also recognize that a lot of the beliefs,
The ideas,
The things that you thought made you,
You disintegrate with the comprehension that your energy has no bounds.
It feels a little floaty.
Yet from this magical space,
You can go anywhere.
You can do anything.
This frequency is something which transcends the physical plane.
This energy transcends physical limitation.
So as you continue to breathe,
And as you continue to remain aware,
You also continue to activate.
Feel this activation happening all around you,
Front and behind,
Top and bottom,
Sides,
Both sides,
Expanding out beyond you.
And as far as you'd like to take it.
Just be with this.
