It's just feeling,
It's taking that pause in your breath.
Something that we don't normally do during the day.
Just focus on something internally.
Sometimes I can feel my hands expand as I breathe in.
And my hands expand as I breathe out.
Sometimes I can feel.
The blood flowing through my hands.
I'm not here to tell you what you should be feeling.
I'm here to only try and guide you.
Like a hot air balloon in the sky.
You cannae really direct it in a certain way.
You're at the beck and call of the wind.
I can't eat.
Tell you what they think.
Only you can do that.
Only you know what your hands feel like.

Just focus on the whole hand now.

Thumbs or the palms.
