One of the gifts that rest,

Sleep,

And our nighttime pause gives us is the opportunity to lose ourselves and hold ourselves in the stillness of the rest,

In the stillness of the sleep,

In the stillness of the night.

It is in this stillness we can come back to many of the deep truths that are elusive and that escape our attention throughout our day of doing,

Action,

And accomplishment.

This stillness doesn't just hold time to regenerate,

But also holds our presence,

Holds our power,

Holds our divinity,

And holds a lot of the answers.

We are questioning and seeking.

So let us embrace our nighttime adventure and open to the growth in the stillness,

From my heart to yours,

Growing in your stillness.

In the deepness of your being,

An ember awakes,

A journey seeks to begin,

Your soul bets all the stakes.

Through realms forgotten,

It yearns to soar,

To touch the divine,

To seek deepness galore.

In stillness you find the strength to fully be,

The witness to the world with bright eyes that see.

You are a sanctuary of calm where thoughts retreat,

Where your essence of existence you firstly can meet.

In silence you learn the language of your spirit,

Where wisdom is holding,

Knowing not what will will it.

Through each gentle pause you find space and reprieve,

A chance to heal your wounds,

To grow and believe.

The spirit you are evolves like flowers in bloom,

Expressing its petals and dancing to the moon,

Expanding and embracing your boundless unknown,

Discovering your potential,

Waiting to be shown.

So journey within,

Dear soul,

And reside,

Where your innate knowing can peacefully guide.

Embrace all your beauty,

Moving beyond contraction,

And dance in your stillness,

Awakening to your cosmic expansion.
