Welcome Powerful Heart back to another guided meditation.
Today's intention is focused around appreciation and gratitude for your life as it is,
A five minute presence practice.
When you're ready,
Closing your eyes and dropping in with me,
Pausing wherever you are,
Whatever your day looks like,
Stopping for this moment and beginning to take slow mindful breaths in through your nose,
Into your belly and out through your mouth,
Releasing.
Going again,
Softening as you breathe out,
Breathing in and out,
Softening.
Nothing to change,
Just being with me here in this moment as my heart,
My love holds you and bringing your awareness to your surroundings,
Even with your eyes closed you can sense what is here,
The temperature of the air,
The sounds around you,
The subtle hum of your beautiful life itself continuing.
Noticing,
Notice life happening.
With one hand on your heart,
Notice it with deep reverence,
Deep gratitude without needing to control anything,
Bringing your awareness to your body.
Feel it supporting you,
Holding you,
Feeling the ground beneath you,
The chair,
The bed.
Notice your breath moving in and out,
Gratitude and appreciation for your body as it is being alive,
Holding you,
Supporting you without asking for anything in return,
Without asking for anything with conditions,
Your hand on your heart internally quietly saying,
Thank you,
I love you,
Thank you,
I love you.
Taking this love and this appreciation now,
Allowing something simple in your life to come into your awareness,
Something ordinary,
Something like a person,
A place,
A small moment of reverence or devotion or discipline during your day.
Stay with this,
Feel it,
Appreciate and hold gratitude for it and feeling your deep love and appreciation,
Resting in this loving,
Grateful sensation as we finish this devotion today with a final moment of gratitude and appreciation for you,
Just as you are here in this moment,
In all of your messiness,
In all of your divine spark,
Allow your deep appreciation,
Deep gratitude,
Deep love to wash through you,
Over you,
Embody deeply as you take one more slow breath in and out gently,
Bringing small awareness back into your body and when you're ready,
Open your eyes,
Carrying this gratitude,
Carrying this appreciation just as you are into all of the spaces and places you get to show up,
