Welcome to an I AM affirmation meditation.
To begin this meditation,
Find a comfortable position,
Either on a chair or up against a wall or if you prefer lying down,
Ensuring that your back is supported and you're cozy and comfortable,
Placing your hands anywhere that feels comfortable at the moment.
And when you're ready,
Just closing down your eyes,
Allowing your body to arrive here in the present moment,
Allowing your attention to settle.
We will take a few deep breaths to support our bodies to settle and our minds to follow.
So when you're ready,
Exhaling out to inhale collectively in through your nose,
Drawing that breath into your belly and your chest and exhaling out.
We'll take two more like that.
Inhaling through your nose,
Drawing breath into your belly and your chest and exhaling out.
Inhaling again in through your nose into your chest and your belly and exhaling out.
And just allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.
And feel the weight of your body begin to land effortlessly,
Feeling your body really arriving here in the present moment.
And if you notice that there's still tension that you're holding on to,
Breathe into those spaces and as you do,
Exhale the tension out.
Really allowing yourself to bring your attention inwards,
Allowing yourself to connect with whatever is present for you right now,
Allowing whatever is coming up for you today to just be with that.
I invite you now to place one hand on your heart followed by your other hand,
Allowing yourself to soften in to the hands on your heart.
We will use I AM affirmations to connect inwards and remind ourselves of our worth today.
Repeat after me.
I am worthy.
I am aligned to feeling my worth.
I am aligned to knowing my worth.
My worth is innate.
I am lovable.
I am beautiful.
I accept myself fully.
I am unique.
I am brave.
I am proud to be me.
I am enough.
I am not my mistakes.
I am doing enough.
I am in the right place.
I am on the right path.
I am doing my best.
As these words land for you,
Notice how they feel.
Notice if you welcome these words or if you resist them.
Noticing what it feels like to affirm yourself today.
Fully accepting who you are.
Again,
