After a long,

Tiring day,

You decide to go for a walk,

Sit on your favorite bench,

And relax.

Going the same path towards the nearby park gives you a sense of familiarity and security.

It seems to you that you are floating.

Each step you make is aligned with this routine.

You don't even know when you created it,

Exactly.

The only thing you know for sure is that you have followed it for quite some time.

As you are approaching the bench,

You notice a couple of bottles around it.

It looks like someone was having a party the previous day.

One colorful bottle catches your attention,

And you pick it up.

There's something inside of it.

It looks like some kind of ship model.

The moment you look through it,

You see a small floating house.

This magical house reminds you of your childhood vacation home a bit.

You used to spend there so much time as a kid.

The next moment,

You notice a little kid on the front porch of this house,

Waving at you.

This little fellow reminds you of your younger self.

You rub your eyes in disbelief and hear the following words.

Hey,

I'm here.

Why did you leave me?

Why did you forget me?

These words keep echoing in your head.

You can even see how the little kid is watching you with their monoculars and shouting at you.

Why did it take you so long to find me?

Maybe it's just a dream,

You say to yourself.

Hey,

Set me free.

Throw the bottle I am in into the river.

Watch me go with the river's flow.

Later on,

I'll reach the shore and settle deep in the forest.

I'll be waiting for you,

Says the little kid.

By hearing all of this,

You throw the bottle into the river and watch how the river current carries it.

Deep inside of you,

You know that you are starting some kind of journey that slowly reveals itself with each intuitive step you make.

As you take a deep breath in and out,

You clear your mind and head toward the forest.

You feel like you take the load off your shoulders.

The strong intentions for a change pushes you toward the journey within yourself as well.

Slowly you are crossing the small bridge that connects different shores,

Centuries,

Generations,

And worlds.

Each step you take on this stone and sturdy bridge makes you more confident and stronger.

The stone arch covers and protects your dreams.

As you come closer to the end of the bridge,

You notice the forest's path.

Stepping on that path fills you with wonder.

You hear the welcoming chirping of birds.

The cloudless light blue sky invites more openness that easily flows into your heart.

Your hands are touching the soft green grass blades and instantaneously you feel the pleasant chills all over your skin.

The earthy and sweet smell of colorful flowers widens your nostrils.

Besides the path,

You see some of the dense canopies of tall trees.

They look like they are holding the forest's biggest secrets.

As you breathe in fresh and cool air,

You bring more clarity to your mind.

Now as you reach deep into the forest,

You notice the house that looks like the one inside the bottle you found near the bench.

This house is the same in size as it was the childhood vacation one.

Hello?

Is anybody there?

You ask as you enter the house.

The interior is so familiar to you.

You can see the old oak table where your family members were chatting and playing cards in the evening.

Even now you can evoke the memories of you sitting on your cozy chair and drinking hot chocolate on a cold winter night.

The crackling fireplace sounds would make you sleepy.

Sometimes you would hold your favorite fluffy toy close to your chest,

Snuggle down into your bed,

And fall asleep by listening to fairy tales or bedtime songs.

Each day was filled with fun and exploration of the forest and nature.

All of a sudden you see a little kid hiding under the stairs.

From time to time you can notice their peeking head.

Now seeing this kid up close convinces you that they are indeed your younger self.

Little you,

Your inner child.

It looks like the two of you are playing some sort of hide and seek.

The little you is moving even more away from you by slowly crawling across the floor and hiding behind the couch.

With all your love,

Determination,

And truth,

You say to the little you,

Hi,

Little one.

I am here and I am listening to you now.

From now on,

We will go through everything together.

I promise that I will never let you down.

Let's play one game so that you can prove to me that you have a serious intent to be always there for me,

Says the little one and continues with the explanation of how the game works.

Firstly,

We will keep the distance of many steps between us.

We will stand in a parallel position and turn our backs to each other.

Our eyes will be closed as we take each step backward,

One by one.

When you express what you want to tell me each turn,

I will decide if I will take one step backward and be closer to you.

Before we start this game,

We will imagine the rainbow light arising from the bases of our spines,

Going upwards and encircling our hearts.

After that,

Two rainbows will spread further and meet at one point by forming one rainbow that connects our hearts.

Remember that we can't face each other until we both agree that the game is over.

In the end,

We will see if we are in the same parallel position or not.

With no hesitation,

You agree to play this game with your inner child.

Both of you are standing far apart with your backs turned and closed eyes.

The beautiful rainbow lights are arising from the bases of your spines and slowly spreading through your legs and upwards.

At one point,

You feel the need to express the following to your inner child.

You are safe.

I am here for you.

I will always be here for you,

My little one.

After these words,

Both of you feel the sudden wave of energy spreading through your lower parts of the bodies.

This energetic connection created with the rainbow light speaks volumes.

Usually,

Expressing approval through words is not necessary.

All the parties in this connection are attuned to the energy behind messages.

Each of you takes one step back and feels that you are ready to continue this game.

The transformative rainbow lights are moving through the centers of your lower bellies.

Both of you are not turning around and opening your eyes.

You are connecting and trusting the process.

Now you are telling this to the little you.

I know that I have ignored your feelings and emotions in the past,

But I am here for you now.

Whatever you feel is okay.

I am here to listen to what you want to share with me.

I support you to freely express yourself.

I support you in your flow of change.

After taking a deep breath,

The little you is taking one step back and getting closer to you.

You are doing the same.

The truth,

Honesty,

And integrity behind the spoken words create powerful energetic shifts.

Both of you are witnessing them from within.

The rainbow lights are rising and filling the belly areas of both of you.

The pleasant warmth is spreading through your belly and moving up to your breastbone.

This energy is also transferred through these words that you are expressing to the little you.

You matter.

You are powerful.

I see you.

I believe in you,

My little one.

In your mind's eye,

You can see your inner child surrounded by the rainbow light.

Your inner child,

In their mind's eye,

Can see both of you surrounded by the rainbow light.

They can feel your presence and support.

They are seen.

The distance between the two of you is slowly shrinking with each of you taking a step back.

Now the rainbow lights are moving through your hearts.

Both of you are feeling how the energy is expanding and creating the all-embracing unity of love.

All your heart is vibrating with these words while you are saying them to your inner child.

I accept and love you unconditionally.

My little one,

I accept and love everything you like and everything you might not like about yourself.

Together you are taking one step back.

At this moment,

It feels like there is no great distance between the two of you,

But the pervasive love that has the power to change everything.

The rainbow lights are moving up and expanding through the centers of your necks.

Both of you are experiencing more of the free flow of energy circulating through your vocal cords,

Entire throats,

And other parts of your bodies.

At one moment,

You notice how the inner child is humming and singing a cheerful song.

After a while,

When they finish their singing,

You tell them,

I love you just as you are.

I appreciate you just as you are.

I hear you,

My dear.

You are here to speak your truth,

And I am listening to you.

Thank you for showing me your authentic self.

We are expressing ourselves authentically,

Learning,

And growing together.

Together you are moving closer to each other by taking one step back.

Now the rainbow light is expanding through the space between your eyebrows.

The inner child is also experiencing this expansion.

Both of you are feeling the calming waves of energy throughout your bodies.

You are expressing this to your inner child.

My little one,

I am here to listen to your stories and visions that you want to share with me,

And that may be beyond the senses of sight,

Touch,

Sound,

Taste,

And hearing.

I believe in your intuition.

I believe in your imagination.

I believe in your inner wisdom and world.

One by one,

You are taking a step back and feeling how your connection is becoming stronger.

Now you feel that the rainbow light is spreading through the top of your head and beyond.

Your inner child is feeling that too.

Behind your heads are halos,

Glowing lights that are expanding further.

By being bathed in this amazing light,

You are telling the following to your inner child.

I accept your curiosity and your unique connection to the universal consciousness.

I accept your connection to something greater than yourself.

My little one,

I accept what you believe in and what you don't believe in.

We are both learning to see the bigger picture.

We are connected.

We are the universe becoming aware of unity and separation.

Together,

We learn from our life lessons,

Heal,

And grow.

At this moment,

You and your inner child feel more connected as you take a step back.

You ask your inner child,

I feel that it's time to meet each other.

Do you feel that this game is over?

Are you ready to turn around,

Little one?

Yes,

I am ready.

I'll count down from seven,

And at the end,

We'll turn around together,

Says the inner child.

Both of you feel over the moon,

And the inner child starts to count down,

Seven,

Six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

And one.

As you finally turn around and open your eyes,

You see your magnificent inner child standing somewhat in a diagonal position to you,

And both of you start giggling when you notice that.

At the same time,

You feel so much love,

Warmth,

And connection with the little you.

The rainbow that connects your two hearts vibrates with your powerful heartbeats.

They become one.

You feel that you are connected with the heartbeats of the entire cosmos.

There is no separation,

But oneness.

You hug your younger self tightly and say,

I am so happy to meet you,

Little one.

I have so much to tell you.

I will listen to you.

I have so much to learn from you.

I will always be here for you,

No matter what.

Your inner child's eyes open wide with affirmation and wonder.

They start to lightly hop for joy and decide to put on some of your favorite music.

The songs bring you so many happy memories,

And both of you start to dance from the heart.

The movements are telling your unique stories.

There are no restricted movements,

But a spontaneous flow.

Your beautiful being shines through your pores with each move.

As you freely dance,

It seems to you that time has stopped.

Moves and transitions are so smooth in the infinity of the present moment.

Both of you are having so much fun while you are holding your hands and spinning in a circle.

After a while,

Both of you stop spinning because you feel a bit dizzy.

This spinning game makes both of you burst into laughter by making silly,

Honking and wheezing sounds.

Then when the laughter subsides,

You continue to unleash your crazy dance movements together.

And you and your inner child,

The rainbow particles of light,

Are also swirling and moving in various directions through space.

In one moment,

You hear someone knocking on the door multiple times.

You curiously approach the door and open it.

There's the old future you,

Standing in front of you and smiling from the heart.

The old you is healthy,

Fit and wise.

Love,

Compassion and balance radiate from this old heart.

I am happy that all of us finally meet here.

Come on,

Let's have a hug,

The old you say.

The three of you are hugging and feeling as one.

You feel new energy within yourself.

You are letting go of whatever limits your growth and evolution.

The rainbow lights are connecting all three hearts and expand beyond time and space until everything turns into pure white light.
