This is a meditation to help you tap into and connect with the energy of joy,

Especially during these uncertain times.

You may be feeling a whole load of different emotions.

Tapping specifically into the energy of joy can help heal us and others around us.

You can do this meditation anywhere.

You can do it lying down,

Sitting down or even walking.

You can even try doing this meditation every morning for the next 21 days.

Wherever you are,

You're just going to begin by creating space in your heart,

Your belly,

Your whole body by taking some really deep breaths.

Begin by taking an inhale through your nose right down to your lower belly,

Filling your whole being up with this breath.

And then you're going to exhale out through your mouth with a sigh as loud as feels comfortable,

Just letting it all go,

Emptying all your breath out with this exhalation.

Once again,

You're going to take a deep breath through your nose all the way down to your lower belly,

Fill yourself up and then exhale with a really deep sigh,

Letting go of your day so far,

Any journey to get here,

Just arriving wherever you are in this moment.

Taking a few more deep breaths in this way at your own pace.

Understanding,

Using the very simple rhythm of your breath can create so much space within our bodies.

We're creating the space in order to let go of any stagnant energy,

To make space for new life force energy and vitality and joy.

After your next deep breath in this way,

Just come back to your normal natural breathing rhythm.

Notice any difference you may be feeling between now and before you started to take the deep breaths.

Having yourself to enjoy any feeling of space,

However small that you may have just created using your breath.

And now you're going to repeat some affirmations,

You can either say them out loud after me or inside your head or you can just listen to the affirmations.

Whatever you do,

I want you to feel the energy of the affirmations just wash over your whole body and being.

I am joy.

I am love.

I am compassion.

I feel joy.

I feel love.

I feel compassion.

I allow myself to feel the energy of joy and happiness now.

My life is full of joy.

I share the energy of joy within me with people around me to enjoy as well.

I give and receive joy in equal balance.

I allow the energy of joy to seep into every single cell,

Atom and molecule of my being.

Every single cell,

Atom and molecule of my being resonates with joy and happiness.

I allow the energy of joy and happiness to seep into my food.

I enjoy eating healthy and nutritious foods.

I know that the energy of joy is healing.

I allow for the healing energy of joy to pulsate through my bones.

I allow for the healing energy of joy to go into all of my organs and all the systems of my body.

I wake up every new morning to love and joy.

I am open and receptive to all the love,

Goodness and prosperity in the world.

I am open to all the joy in the world.

I trust in the process of life.

I create more love and joy in the world.

I share the energy of joy with the world in order to heal this planet.

This meditation is now complete.
