All of life must rest and incubate.
We have surrounded ourselves with so many distractions that we have lost the ability to relax and restore.
In all of life,
We see a cycle when life must retrieve back and restore.
When old becomes new,
When dusk becomes dawn,
When winter comes back to spring.
In our doing and achieving,
We have forgotten how to be.
We are lost in time.
In a life where we have defined success by what we achieve and possess,
But behind the closed door,
We suffer and are robbed of our youthfulness and innocence.
We have more money today,
But less wealth,
More possession,
But less value,
More depression,
But less expression,
More ways to access food,
But less health.
This is a time when we have bigger homes,
But smaller windows to our heart.
Remember the pause.
When you can open to your own inner landscape and walk into it with grace.
When you can let your heart be so open that the river of giving keeps flowing.
When what you don't hold within matters more than what the body naturally eliminates.
When,
With the head on the pillow at night,
Eyes softly closed,
You can see your true self be at peace with what is.
Take a moment now,
My friends,
To hold your revered heart,
Shine your light,
Not on the days,
Months,
And years that are passing you by in this life,
But the small moments many times today.
In that the body will rest,
The mind restore,
The heart revive,
The energy replenish,
And the soul rejoice.
I am the master,
The creator of the story of my life,
And I will write today's page with my whole presence.
Small moments many times.
Small moments many times.
Small moments many times.
