This is Yogesh Chopra here and I want to share about a practice called the Gugu Gaga meditation which I teach on our Inside Timer Lives.

Many times in life,

You.

You are too serious.

Forget how it was when you had that childlike innocence when you had that the playfulness when you had that bliss and the Kuku Gaga meditation is a practice which takes you away from that overthinking state,

That mind which is constantly thinking either it is in the future,

Either it is in the past.

If it is in the past,

It is holding on to regrets,

It is holding on to pain,

It is holding on to grief.

If it is in the future,

Many times it is holding on to fears and that is not a state of bliss,

That is not a state of joy.

And the Gugugaga meditation is a meditation practice where we use many things.

You have to experience it.

But the core is where you let go of your seriousness.

You let go of this idea where you have to conform with everybody else.

Many times you live your life trying to conform with society,

With people around you,

Constantly thinking what others think about you.

But this meditation,

The Gugugaga meditation is a state of bliss.

It is a state of freedom.

It is a state where you return to your childlike innocence.

You are not childish,

But you return to your childlike innocence,

You return to a state of bliss.

Wherein you can once again laugh freely,

You can drop dead.

Everything and more.

Into your pure consciousness tap into that state of pure bliss of pure joy I invite you to try it out and also I must warn you it's a noisy meditation it's something which might go against all traditional forms of meditation.

But go ahead experience it and once you experience it You will see the power it has and I recommend you try twice a day,

Once in the morning,

Once in the evening before dinner preferably and it will unlock a beautiful energy of joy,

Of bliss within you.
