Hannah Duncalf

Hannah has been teaching yoga and mindfulness meditation in the beautiful French Alps, online and on retreat since 2017. Her philosophy that yoga and mindfulness can be of benefit everybody - not solely the flexible, strong, calm or spiritual - is reflected in her teaching. Hannah's classes and practices focus on cultivating a sense of ease, inner calm, connection and harmony with the natural world around us that remains with you beyond the mat or meditation seat.

A great way to start a day. I especially appreciated the walk through the dense forest where the forest inhales as in exhale; I found this to be a powerful image. And, the ending was a great way to extend my grounding throughout the rest of the day. Thanks. 🙏
