Welcome to this mindfulness meditation on our journey through the elemental chart today to the fire element the seat of our solar plexus Manipura chakra feeling fiery so you can begin by finding your seat lying down,

Whichever suits you best rooting down towards earth and then connecting to the flow of your breathing noticing the waves of your breath perhaps deeper waves to begin until body and mind settle arrive into this space and breath resumes a natural flow few moments to observe the flow of your breath and then connecting to the warmth of the breath in the body where do you feel the warmth of your breath?

Perhaps a subtle warmth on the upper lip with each exhale out of the nose imagine your breath warming through the body to the center of your ribcage the seat of the solar plexus the Manipura chakra and imagining that glow bright,

Warm,

Yellow glow almost like a reflection of the sun at the center of your chest feel glow expand shine outwards with each breath as you connect to this energy center of your personal power your confidence,

Radiance passion,

Joy feeling lit up from within feel glow expand,

Radiate through body and will bring to mind something that has brought you big joy a significant event,

A once in a lifetime experience something that has created a feeling of capital J joy something that when you bring to mind that soft glow at the center of your chest becomes a brighter burning flame perhaps a vibrant orange flame burning feel warmth radiate through body and bask in that warmth perhaps you notice the flame cannot continue to grow and to expand without becoming out of control maybe a focus on capital J joys,

On significant experiences,

Once in a lifetime experiences if we pursue those pleasures endlessly perhaps we burn too bright,

There's potential to burn out so maybe we'll shift this perspective of our joy release your capital J joy image notice the flame return to steady and you can bring to mind now a smaller joy,

A more accessible everyday joy a source of joy in your life that can be accessed more consistently perhaps not a huge life changing moment,

But something that brings a sense of joy into your everyday,

Could be the smile of a loved one,

Your pet a favorite tree or a hobby something that stokes your inner fire without burning too brightly without engulfing flame glows steadily a constant source of warmth your inner fire burning steady bask in that steady warmth carry that comforting warmth with you and you find joy in day to day moments flexing your joy muscle stoking the embers of your inner fire to find your own glow in everyday moments a few more moments basking in your inner glow radiating from center of body a warm steady yellow light filling torso and shoulders arms,

Hands fingers,

Hips legs,

Feet,

Toes traveling up spine to crown of head almost like sunbeams radiating from your face an affirmation that you could take with you into your day could be,

I seek moments of small j joy in each day and because joy is what I look for joy is what I find a reminder of your own personal power when in tune with that sense of joy and as you move through your day take time to notice to connect to small j joys stoking your inner fire with moments of joy and keeping inner flame burning and to close our practice today a traditional sanskrit greeting exclaiming that the spark the light,

The glow within me recognizes,

Honors and appreciates the spark,

The light,

The glow within you namaste
