Please be seated comfortably,
Preferably with your back not leaning against anything,
In upright position.
And close your eyes.
Starting now.
In this meditation,
Allow your higher mind to flourish.
We release all anger and all frustration.
In this meditation,
We are in control.
Let's just start by breathing,
Releasing all of our tension and releasing all of our anguish.
Deep breath in.
Hold it.
Now release.
Take another deep breath in.
Hold it.
Hold it.
Now release.
Take one more deep breath in.
Feel all of your pent up anger and frustration.
Release as you breathe out now.
Release it.
It no longer belongs to you.
It never has belonged to you.
Release this energy back into the world.
It's not yours anymore.
Your energy is one of a clear,
Clear beautiful vibration.
Flowing like water.
Crystalline energy that you are made of.
You are better than these emotions.
These low frequency emotions like anger,
Sadness.
Release them.
Know how great you are.
You deserve happiness.
You deserve to be content.
Why?
Because you exist.
Therefore you are needed in this universe.
All that is would not and could not be all that is without you.
The important puzzle piece to existence.
Feel your body just relaxing.
Just relax.
Decompress.
Whatever happened during the day,
Whatever has happened to you in your life is no longer important.
It's no longer you anymore.
Because you are a new person every instant in time.
Every instant in reality you are a new.
And you choose consciously who you want to be.
In this moment we choose peace.
We choose love.
And we choose harmony.
Right now in this moment we feel water pouring over our heads.
Clearing our minds.
This is not normal water.
This is calming.
Loving.
The celestial water of the highest order.
Sacred water.
And we know that our bodies are mainly filled with water.
And we allow this celestial water to cleanse us.
Pour down our shoulders.
Relaxing us.
Cleansing us down our back.
Through our spine.
And our legs.
And we just feel this moment of clarity.
This moment of relaxation.
And we just allow ourselves to feel good.
To feel calm.
To feel calm.

Just relax.

Allow your mind to drift away into the beautiful infinity that is the cosmos.
Allowing you to download whatever information you need.

In this moment we are born anew.

We exist in a new paradigm of reality in this moment.
