Welcome to Han meditations and Welcome to your weekly free Reiki session where we're gonna be giving you Reiki I'm gonna be channeling a meditation in this meditation intention is just gonna be whatever you guys need to hear now And then Kelly she's gonna be channeling the Reiki and she may have a message at the end Maybe not.

So I'm gonna get into my Channeling state and then we're gonna go ahead and do this You Thank you for taking part in this Meditation To start this meditation Please be seated comfortably preferably in upright position with your back not leaning against anything and Close your eyes Starting now the intention for this meditation is to clear your mind and Allow all opportunity all healing all abundance all creation into your life in the highest order Feel the crystalline waves of Reiki Washing over your mind clearing it Allowing you to be in a space a space of love a space of supreme time a Space in which you are able to create time.
You are able to create anything you'd like So imagine a world in which you can create your reality curating it to your liking breathe in this specific reality as The waves of Reiki wash over your mind Clearing your mind's eye and allowing a new vision to form a new vision of success a new vision of balance and harmony a New vision of complete health throughout your body your mind in your entire existence Breathe in this Reiki a deep breath in Hold it Hold it as the rays of Reiki wash over your mind and body Now let it out Feel this expression of love being expressed in your mind being expressed in your life physically mentally ethereally and in the creation of existence itself Allow whatever happened during the week During the year during your lifetime Did not exist in this moment Let it go as We let go We become born anew Becoming a new version of ourselves in this great time.
We stand tall in the face of love We open our arms to love and we hold this embrace over our entire existence embracing love embracing creation embracing life embracing fun Embracing all of positivity upon our life in our mind Allowing us to think differently do differently and be differently This is our new reality our new existence Our new goal to look forward to every single day We are now anew in this very moment as the waves of Reiki wash through our body absorbing in our mind and body allowing a shield of positivity and healing to waft over us and stay with us as Long as we need it to stay Feel this energy going wherever it needs to go in perfect synchronicity perfect timing perfect awareness perfect perfection within us We are born anew and in this moment We truly know we truly feel we truly Exist in a new reality because we know in this moment this very instant that we are greater than we know much much great in our greatness our new Reiki shield of positivity our new reality of love our New mind's eye that is now cleared and able to see exactly what we need to do when we need to do it has just Begun She So thank you guys for watching Yeah,
