Hello,
And welcome to another Hammer Mountain mindfulness session.
We're going to start by finding a comfortable space,
Either on the floor,
In a bed,
Or seated.
Bring your attention to your breath.
Mimic the waves crashing upon the shore.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
And out.
And in.
And out.
During this session,
If you find yourself drifting or thinking of thoughts outside of this session,
Bring your mind back to your breath and concentrate,
Breathing in and out.
In our seated position,
We're laying down,
Straighten your spine,
Bring your shoulders back,
Sit proudly,
Picture a beam of white light shooting straight out of the heavens.
Into the top of your head,
Straight down your spine,
And through the soles of your feet,
Connecting you to Mother Earth.
Feel this connection.
See this white brilliant light as it travels through your mental,
Physical,
Spiritual,
And physical being.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Take a moment to let this white light fill you from the tippy top of your head down through your neck,
Cascading over your shoulders,
Down your arms into your hands,
Through your chest,
Down through your solar plexus,
Into your hips,
Down each leg,
Through to the feet.
And as this white light is constantly flushing through,
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Let that white light cleanse your mental,
Physical,
Spiritual,
And emotional beings of all gray negativity,
Dis-ease,
Imbalance,
And negativity.
As it cascades down your body,
Through your being,
Let it flush out all things that are not of the most good.
Push all of that into the center of the Earth,
Where it will transmute and transform into brilliant white light,
And be sent back up to the heavens.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Sit in this space of cleansing,
Feeling connected to above you and below you,
Feeling that sense of groundedness.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Take note of what it feels like to be this grounded,
So that you may recall this feeling when you are in need of grounding.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
When you feel as though all gray negativity,
Dis-ease,
Imbalance,
And negativity has been flushed from your mental,
Physical,
Spiritual,
And emotional being,
Take a moment,
Thank yourself and thank Spirit for the opportunity to cleanse,
Realign,
And ground yourself.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes slowly,
Adjusting to your settings.
Revert back to this practice when needed,
And always remember to breathe and remind yourself what it feels like to be grounded.

Cleanse yourself,
And ground yourself.
