Welcome into this sacred space.

Slowly and gently begin to make your way into your most comfortable position.

Our practice today is to observe what thoughts are arising,

What burdens and blessings,

And without judgment to allow them to be as they are,

To allow ourselves to be as we are,

And to just for this moment in time lay them down.

Sink deep into your own being and on your own time settle into the breath.

Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.

One more,

Inhale through the nose and exhale out the mouth.

Settle into your body,

Into your breath.

Notice any sensations in your body.

Notice the feelings in your heart.

Become aware of the you that is here now.

Taking a moment to acknowledge and appreciate you that is seeking this reprieve.

You that knows there is more to you than the burdens and the blessings that you carry.

Your voice is so soothing. That was amazing. I love how you said “burdens and blessings” ☯️
