Our Father,
Who is in heaven,
Whose presence is with us always,
And whose spirit dwells within,
Hallowed be your name.
May your kingdom come and may your will be done.
In our lives and on earth,
Just as it is in heaven.
Thank you for giving us this day all that we need for sustenance,
For nourishment,
And growth.
Forgive us.
Forgive us when we turn away from your love and when we trespass against you and those you put in our lives.
Help us forgive those who turn away from us and who trespass against us.
Forgive us from yielding to temptation.
Direct us away from anything or anyone that would distract us from your will,
Your highest good for our lives.
Deliver us and protect us from all that is evil.
For all glory and power is yours,
Almighty Father.
Just as it was in the beginning,
It is now and always shall be,
World without end.
Amen.

Very nice. Today I could not bring myself to pray but I could listen to this version of the Lord’s Prayer. I then listened a couple more time like Lectio. It was enough. You prayed for me when I could not.

I loved this short but very powerful prayer. It gave me a different perspective with you changing the words of some of the phrases so that I took in more meaning instead of it being an 'automatic' prayer known off by heart. I also liked the background noise. Thank you for helping me meet with the Devine today. xxx

I like this teacher because when I do her meditations, I feel valued because she seems to genuinely care for my the well being for me and for people. I think she is creative in that she helps my see warm parts in Christianity even though I don’t actually understand Christianity
