Journey inward with me, sink deep into your body, and come home to yourself. All the safety, unconditional acceptance, and love you seek are so profoundly present within you. As you breathe and sink into your core, you'll find the undeniable home that has always been there for you, supporting and nourishing.

Hello my loves I'm so glad that you're here and that you made the time for yourself to connect and grow that's really a beautiful gift to yourself and a real act of self-love and it makes my heart so happy so today we're gonna journey inward deep into ourselves and we're gonna feel and experience the beautiful home that we all have inside of us so get settled and get comfy and whatever works for you at this moment let's get started so we'll start off by taking a few deep breaths together to really arrive in this moment and in your body and to leave everything that you were doing before that you have to do after to really connect to yourself so start by taking the deep breath in through your nose and breathe out again breathing in and let it fall deepest breath you've taken all day breathing in and breathing out now find your own rhythm and keep on breathing and keep on arriving in your body and really sinking feel your awareness expand and hold your entire body in your awareness and just notice where your breath is and see if it's maybe possible to to let it sink a little bit deeper deeper into your belly and with every breath you take you sink a little bit deeper a bit deeper into your body deeper into your stomach so you really really arrive in your body and feel your presence in your body and I invite you to come home to yourself to the safest place in the world so comfortable so soft warm unconditional and loving breathe and sink deeper and arrive in your own safe space everything we all sometimes tend to seek externally is present here in abundance and when tuning inwards you may feel that all you've ever wanted is actually you your own approval your own unconditional acceptance and love and that it's always been you and it's always been right here all you have to do is breathe and sink and really arrive in the lowest part of your stomach in your pelvic area and feel the warmth and the safety and the comfort of your own presence and of your own body keep on breathing into that space deeper and deeper hold yourself hold your body in your awareness and hold yourself come home to yourself feel the familiarity and the warmth of arriving in this this safe space within yourself like wrapping a warm blanket around you after coming home from a snowy snowy evening sitting near the fireplace and just feeling so comfortable and so cozy and so calm you're being held you're being seen you're so loved and you're so worthy breathe into it endless source of love and safety and nourishment however turbulent or uncertain the outside world may feel this is your basis always inviting you to come back home all you have to do is breathe and sink you have created this beautiful space inside of you and no one could ever take that away from you not even you and you may not always feel it but I promise you that it's always there even when it seems so far away it's not about creating this home but it's about remembering your body is the safest place to be in so whenever you're feeling lost return to yourself inhabit your own precious body because you are such a gift to this world really trust that you've got yourself hold yourself as a mother holding her child you are enough and you can come as you are with everything you're feeling or experiencing this is your safe place start to bring your focus to your breath and slowly start to come back a little bit take all the time you need breath by breath with every breath coming back into this world a little bit more thank you so much for journeying with me today and you can thank yourself for making the time and the effort to find some some love and some acceptance and calmness within yourself it's a real gift to be able to give this to yourself you can be really proud of yourself and I wish you all the best thank you for doing the work also as a community we're all connected to each other and all carrying each other and yeah we're not alone realizing that may help sometimes so thank you and I hope you have a lovely rest of your day or a lovely night at whatever time you're listening to this and I hope to see you soon again
