Forgiveness Reset: A 2-Minute Practice
Welcome to this short forgiveness practice. In just three minutes, you will be guided through the Hawaiian prayer of Ho‘oponopono — "I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you." This gentle practice helps you let go of what feels heavy, whether a situation you feel stuck in or something you are ready to release. Each breath and phrase opens space for lightness, compassion, and peace. Forgiveness is a gift you give yourself. With every repetition, you return to balance and remember that you are whole and free.

Welcome to this short forgiveness practice.
I'm Melinda,
Here to guide you into a moment of release and renewal.
Find a comfortable seat.
Soften your shoulders and take a slow,
Deep breath in.
Let it go with a sigh.
Again,
Breathe in fully and exhale,
Releasing any weight you carry.
Bring to mind one small situation,
Something you've been holding on to.
Not the whole story,
Just the feeling of being stuck.
Now gently place your hand over your heart.
As you breathe,
Whisper inwardly the words,
I'm sorry,
Please forgive me,
Thank you,
I love you.
Repeat softly with each breath.
Inhale,
I'm sorry,
Please forgive me.
Exhale,
Thank you,
I love you.
Notice how your body begins to relax,
How your heart feels a little lighter.
Take one final deep inhale.
Hold and release with gratitude.
Forgiveness opens the way for peace to flow through you.
You are now free to begin again.
