This guided practice involves affirmations for expectant mothers to help you relax your body and do what your body already knows how to do, which is birth a baby with little to no pain. When we can learn to tap into our inner diva, we can do anything we set our minds to. Not only do our bodies know how to do this - as women, we have been doing this for centuries - but so do our babies. This practice will help you to get out of fear and bring in all the love and light needed for the job.

My baby will come when ready.

I am patient and enjoying this moment.

I am so grateful for my ability to grow this healthy,

Beautiful miracle inside me.

My baby is present and hears my kind words.

I am surrounded by love and so is my baby.

As my belly grows,

My priorities shift to nursing my baby and myself as we prepare for our birth.

Our baby was created in love and will be birthed in love.

My baby will come when ready.

I am patient and enjoying this moment.

I am calm and my baby is calm.

I feel confident,

Safe,

Secure,

And loved.

I am strong enough.

My birth partner is on my side and by my side.

It is okay to ask for help.

I feel safe,

Calm,

And strong in this present moment.

I am surrounded by love.

My baby and I are working together.

My body is capable and strong.

Birth is powerful.

Let it empower you.

It is not pain.

It is pleasure.

I relax.

I release.

I open.

Each surge brings my baby closer to me.

I change my thoughts from pain to pleasure.

There is nothing to fear.

My body and I are healthy and safe.

I am calmly prepared to meet whatever path my birthing takes.

I am calm.

My baby is calm.

I feel the love that others have for me during my birth.

My baby will be born at the perfect time.

I relax and release my body as best I can.

Release and relax.

Let your body birth your baby.

I believe in my power to birth my baby.

I accept this pleasure to welcome my baby into the world.

I will meet my baby today.

My body and my baby know what to do.

I am enjoying the birth of my baby.

Women all over the world are birthing with me.

My body was built for birth.

My body knows how to deliver this baby just as my body knew how to grow this baby.

Many others have done it and so can I.

I am doing a fantastic job.

Slow down.

Calm down.

Don't worry.

Don't hurry.

Trust the process.

Here comes another wave.

I can ride it.

You can do anything for a minute.

I set my worries aside and I allow my body to do its job.

You are going to feel like at some point you can't do it.

That is when your baby is coming.

My pelvis is releasing and opening.

I am so connected to life right now.

Birth is miraculous however it happens.

I can breathe through this contraction.

I quiet my mind and let my body give birth.

Everything is going well in this present moment,

One breath at a time.

Pain is so powerful but I can handle it.

I put all fear aside as I prepare for the birth of my baby.

My muscles work in complete harmony to make birth easier.

The power and intensity of my contractions can't be stronger than me because they come from me.

I breathe in strength and I breathe out tension.

I am surrounded by love and so is my baby.

Soften,

Open,

Release.

I am completely relaxed and at ease.

I breathe in courage and I exhale fear.

My baby is strong and so am I.

I birth my baby with waves,

Each one bringing them closer to shore.

I am relaxed and calm.

I choose to create a peace within me and around me.

Each breath sends oxygen to my powerful uterine muscles.

My baby will come when ready.

For now I am patient and enjoying this moment.

Miracles happen in the magic of birth.

Birth is normal.

I trust my body.

My baby is present and hears my kind words.

When it feels like too much,

Breathe into it.

You've got this one surge at a time.

My body knows what to do.

My baby is the perfect size for my body.

Each rush brings my baby down.

My baby and I are one.

We work together.

This will not last forever.

I breathe deeply and I relax my muscles.

I surrender fully and completely.

With every surge,

My body orgasms,

Bringing my baby closer to me.

There is no need to push.

My body knows what it's doing.

I am doing an amazing job.

Soon I will be holding my baby in my arms.

Thank you for watching!
