Anxiety isn't dangerous,

I'm just uncomfortable.

I'll make it through this.

I'm going to focus on things I love to get me through this.

I will be okay.

I breathe in relaxation.

I breathe out tension.

I am capable of solving any problems that face me.

I am free of anxiety and am living a calm life.

I am ridding my mind of negative thoughts and filling it with positive ones.

Anxiety might make me feel uncomfortable,

But I am in charge of my mind and body.

I am more and more calm with each deep breath I take.

I am attracting positive energy into my body.

I am free of anything that weighs me down.

I have everything I need for a happy life.

I have the ability to overcome anxiety.

I am safe and in control.

The feelings of panic are leaving my body.

My mind is clearing and I am in control.

I am freeing myself from stress.

I am relaxing each part of my body.

I am ridding my mind of negative thoughts and filling it with positive ones.

I am more and more calm with each deep breath I take.

I am now in control.

My body is calm.

All is well in my world.

I believe in my ability to get through tough times.

I will not stress over things I cannot control.

The feelings in my body are normal and I fully accept them.

I have everything I need within me.

I am a loving human being.

It's okay that yesterday felt like a hard day.

I am worthy of good things.

I have an inner sense of calm.

My life is full of love.

I can cultivate the life experiences I want.

I will be present and calm today.

All of my feelings are okay.

I get angry sometimes,

But I am full of love.

I can take things one day or one hour at a time.

When I go with the flow,

My life is easy and filled with joy.

I appreciate my life and things to be grateful for.

I have been through hard things before and have survived them.

This will not break me.

I let go of what I can't change and do my best with what I can.

I am going to focus on things I love to get me through this.

This is hard and I can do hard things.

I am allowed to express pain.

I have the ability to overcome anxiety.

All is well in my world.

Everything is working out for my highest good.

Only good will come.

It's only a thought,

And a thought can be changed.

The point of power is always in the present moment.

Deep at the center of my being is an infinite well of love.

My happy thoughts help create my healthy body.

And joy.

It is safe for me to speak up for myself.

I forgive everyone in my past for all perceived wrongs.

I release them with love.

Today is a sacred gift from life.

I cross all bridges with joy and ease.

I experience love wherever I go.

I do not have to prove myself to anyone.

I trust my intuition.

I am willing to listen to that still small voice within.

I am greeted by love wherever I go.

The past is over.

I welcome miracles into my life.

Nourishing myself is a joyful experience and I am worth the time spent on my healing.

Whatever I need to know is revealed to me at exactly the right time.
