Hello and welcome to this meditation working with the rose energy.
Helping us to be more rooted and grounded and yet open to receiving light.
It's a way to settle the nervous system,
Coming into a more peaceful centred place.
Honouring our feminine essence that we all carry,
Regardless of what gender.
And just opening up more the heart space to be able to receive.
So if you'd like to get yourself comfortable and into a position,
Whether that's lying down or sitting.
Just taking a moment just to set your own intentions.
And then closing your eyes when you feel ready.
We'll start by taking 3 nice deep breaths in.
Into the tummy area.
And on the out breath,
Just really feeling that release of any holding,
Any tension in the body.
So we're dropping into the body from the mind thoughts and just getting into the feeling sense.
And getting in tune with all our senses of what we can smell,
What we can feel,
What we can hear.
And connecting more deeply with the breath.
Allowing that breath to rise up from the tummy area and into the heart space.
We're just being curious at this stage,
Not trying to change anything,
Just allowing what's there.
This heart space may feel closed off or open,
There's no judgement.
It's just being aware.
Breathing into the heart space.
And then bringing to mind a beautiful rose.
And just notice as you bring this rose into the heart space,
What colour that rose is.
Just keep breathing into the heart,
Into the rose,
Just allowing some softening to take place as we bring this rose energy connection into our bodies.
At the centre of the rose,
You notice a gleaming light.
It's coming from a pearl at the centre of the rose.
As you focus in on this light,
You notice it getting a little brighter.
Each breath just enhancing that light.
And from this light,
Roots start to appear.
And these roots of light begin to travel down now from the heart space and down through the body,
Into the womb space,
Into the sacral area.
Just pausing a moment to allow that light to fill this area as you breathe into it.
Again,
This is just clearing out the energies that we may have collected or picked up from elsewhere.
Coming back into our own energetic space.
And then those roots travelling down into the legs,
Down into the feet,
And out through the feet.
Imagining them going down into the soil,
The crust of the earth.
They begin to spread out,
Going deeper through the many layers of the earth,
Till they reach the core and the centre of the earth.
You notice beautiful rose quartz crystal.
And these roots wrap around the crystal,
Connecting,
Deeply embedded into the earth,
Enabling you to feel anchored.
This crystal begins to generate energy that's sending that back up,
These roots,
All the way back up through the layers of the earth.
Back into your feet,
Up the legs,
Into the womb and the tummy area,
Back into the heart space.
So you have this lovely two-way flow,
Your energies becoming connected as one.
Feeling these strong foundations being held by the earth.
Feel that sense of being held,
Feeling supported.
When we feel held and supported,
It enables us to be able to open up our heart space a bit more.
So this rose now,
The petals just opening softly and gently,
Opening up to receiving the light,
The light that we're all are,
The light that we're able to receive,
That we're worthy of.
So connecting to that light now,
We imagine travelling up into the throat area,
Through the throat chakra,
Up into the head,
Into the crown,
And out the top of our head,
Travelling up into the sky,
Into the cosmos,
And connecting with the sun now,
The sun's energy.
Envisioning that golden light of the sun.
Feeling the warmth from the sun,
Feeling its life force energy,
Its light.
That energy from the sun travelling back down,
Back towards the earth,
Back into the crown of your head,
Down into the throat,
Back into the heart space.
As this rose now receives this light,
Feel that blooming,
Taking space in the centre.
Feeling a bridge between the earth and the sky,
Anchored and connected,
Open to receiving.
Just continuing to spend a moment breathing into this space.
Allowing yourself to be held,
Supported,
While opening up to that light.
Gently let any images fade.
Just being with the breath in the heart space.
Just being aware of the experience,
The journey.
Any feelings that came up,
Or how you're feeling now,
From the start of the session.
Taking a nice couple of deep clearing breaths,
And beginning to have a move around of fingers,
Stretching arms out,
Legs.
And then when you're ready,
Just coming back into the room and opening your eyes.
