Gen is a qualified Yoga Therapist and a RYT-500 Yoga Teacher. She's been practicing yoga since she was eighteen, and teaching yoga in Tarndanya/Adelaide, Naarm/Melbourne, India, and online for the past eight years. She offers a practice that is steady, down to earth, and expansive. Together, we can develop your understanding of your body, and the link between the physical, mental, and energetic. Green Door Yoga is where she's poured her knowledge and experience - she practices yoga therapy that will leave you feeling more comfortable in your body and connected to your Self. She welcomes students of all experiences, ages, and identities, and looks forward to working with you soon.
