Welcome friends to today's practice.
Let's find a comfortable position.
Relax those shoulders and close your eyes.
Breathe in deeply.
And release.
Once again,
Take a deep breath.
Fill those lungs expand your ribcage and then let it all out.
Today I want to settle something once and for all.
You are enough.
Not because of what you've accomplished.
Not because of how much you do.
Not because you earned it.
You are enough because God made you.
And God.
Does not make mistakes.
Ephesians 2 10 says,
For we are God's handiwork.
Created in Christ Jesus to do good works,
Which God prepared in advance for us to do.
You are his handiwork.
His masterpiece.
Is intentional creation.
Let's declare that over ourselves.
I am enough.
Just as I am.
I don't have to do more.
Be more.
My worth is not tied to my productivity.
I am valuable.
Because I exist.
Not because of what I produce.
I release the pressure to constantly prove myself.
I am seen,
Known,
And loved by God,
And that is enough.
You don't have to be the smartest,
The most successful,
The most spiritual.
You just have to be you.
And you exactly as you are.
Is exactly as God intended.
Think about the messages that you have believed about yourself.
The lies that say you are too much or not enough.
Now hear this voice of truth.
You are mine.
You are worthy.
You are loved.
I silence the voice of comparison.
I silence the voice of criticism.
I listen to the voice of my creator who calls me beloved.
You don't need to do anything or add to yourself to be acceptable.
You already are.
You don't need to shrink yourself.
To fit in.
You were made to stand out.
You don't need permission to take up space.
You belong here.
I am enough.
I have always been enough.
Will always be enough.
God doesn't look at you and see lack.
He looks at you.
And seize purpose,
Completeness,
Beauty.
Receive that truth today.
Breathe it in.
I am enough.
Breathe it out,
I release inadequacy.
I am God's beloved child,
And that is my identity.
I am.
Am enough.
You are God's beloved child,
And that is your identity.
You?
Are enough.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes and step into today knowing you have nothing to prove.
My name is Grace.
Thank you so much for being here with me for today's practice.
Take care and be well.
