Can you name this feeling?
Perhaps you are feeling grief,
Confusion,
Sadness,
Frustration or even anger or something else.
It's okay to feel this way.
Let tears flow if they come.
At this moment,
You may already have released your baby or perhaps you are currently going through the process.
This is a time to stay home from work or any other obligations if you wish to.
It's okay to cancel anything and everything.
Nothing matters right now except care for yourself.
Allow others to care for and nurture you if you have this in your life.
Right now,
Rest and be warm.
Relax.
Your mouth is gently closed.
Jaw relaxed.
Tongue relaxed.
Take a long,
Deep inhale low into your belly.
Release this breath long and slow.
Take another deep breath.
Breathe in calm,
Strength and peace.
