Drop out of your head and ease back into your body so you can remember what it feels like to connect to your beautiful heart. Make yourself cozy and I would recommend that you have your feet connected to the earth and then to begin,

Just start to slowly bring your awareness to your body.

Let's show your body some self love first.

So bring your attention softly to your forehead,

Making sure your forehead is released and relaxed.

Moving your awareness softly down,

Releasing your face,

Releasing your jaw,

Allowing your eyes to close if you haven't done so already.

Let your awareness drift down your neck to your shoulders and just let your shoulders go,

Give them a wriggle,

Get your arms relaxed.

Now that sense of relaxation to drift down through your chest,

Through your belly,

Into your pelvis,

Your hips,

Your legs and your body,

Appreciating the whole of your body for carrying you through life.

And now I invite you to let your attention come back to the place just behind your eyes.

And just imagine a miniature version of you getting into a lift,

Just behind your eyes and then taking that lift down towards your heart and if you want to put your hand on your heart to help you,

That's absolutely fine,

Just make sure you keep your arm relaxed.

Just notice how peaceful,

Spacious and warm it feels resting your attention in your heart.

And just as you listen to your heart and you feel the sensations in your heart,

Allow a smile to come onto your face and send that lovely smiling energy down to your heart,

Letting your heart just expand with that sense of smiling,

Lovely,

Happy energy.

And notice that as you focus on this sense of that lovely smiling energy and you focus on your heart area,

Your heart area becomes warmer,

More expanded.

You may start to notice that your breath is beginning to really,

Really deepen.

You could almost imagine with every breath that you have a lovely ball of glowing,

Lovely energy inside your heart that's getting bigger and bigger and bigger.

Have a sense of that lovely ball of energy in your heart starting to spread and expand until your whole chest,

Your whole back is filled with this beautiful glowing,

Lovely,

Nourishing light.

Have a sense of that light energy filling in all the spaces in your body,

All the cells,

Letting it expand further and further and further until you begin to feel as though the whole of your body is encased in a little lattice work,

A gorgeous,

Lovely,

Loving energy.

And every now and again just keep drifting back down to your heart,

Letting the energy around your body originate from your heart.

And just a allow that energy to expand so that it fills the room you're in.

Allow it to expand beyond the room,

Sending out loving energy to anybody else that may be in your house or in your room.

You might notice your body tingling as you let your energy expand.

And keep a sense of softness and lightness as you do this,

There's no need to try.

Just let it happen on its own accord and trust your lovely heart vibes are going where they need to.

Just rest in this expanded space for a moment longer and then very slowly let your attention come back to the surface of your skin.

Let your attention come to the muscles in your body and then to the bones of your body,

The dense part of your body.

And that will just help ground your energy again.

Before you come back to full awareness of the room and start to introduce small movements back into your body,

Just send all your energy down from your heart to your feet to ground you.

And slowly in your own time come back to the room,

Open your eyes and get ready to return to your space,

To your day.

Go about your day with love,

Ease and grace and send out some love vibes to anybody you meet that winds you up or disturbs you.
