Good morning and thank you for joining me for this morning grounding meditation.

This is just meant to tune into yourself and choose how you want to start your day.

So go ahead and come to a comfortable seated position wherever you are,

Even if you're in bed.

And if you're still a little tired and you want to lay down,

That works too.

Let's take a nice big deep inhale into the body.

And exhale.

Let's take a nice big deep inhale into the body.

And exhale.

Let's take a nice big deep breath into the belly.

And exhale.

Continue to breathe naturally,

Noticing where you are this morning.

Let the rest of the outside world go and give yourself time to just ground here in this moment.

Tune into your body.

Ask yourself,

How do I feel?

No judgment,

No criticism.

Maybe you're a little tired.

Maybe you're wide awake.

Either way,

Just open your awareness to everything that you're feeling.

Nice big deep inhale into the body.

And exhale.

Now I want you to just think of one word that you want yourself to feel today,

That you want to carry with you today and radiate.

This one word represents how you choose to create your reality today.

Prosperity,

Abundant,

Love,

Light,

Maybe authenticity,

Acceptance.

Think of that one word and imagine becoming this word today.

Imagine embodying this word as it becomes one with who you are.

How do you feel?

How does it feel as you go through today with this word in your heart?

Take a deep inhale and exhale.

Now let's take a moment to find gratitude for the breath in your body,

Just being here.

Deep inhale into the belly.

And exhale.

Thank you.

Bring yourself back to your intention.

You are worthy to feel this.

You are enough.

You are divine.

And in every single moment of this day,

You have the ability to shape your reality.

Embody love,

Embody this intention for you are already yet.
