Hello,

My name is Golbahar Tabatabai.

I am a Reiki healer,

Self-love master,

Meditation teacher and cosmic channel.

Today I'm going to share with you a meditation that I channeled when I was feeling immense pain.

Pain is something that we often think of as physical,

But it can go deeper than that.

And in fact even physical pain,

The source of it is deeper than that.

When we go beneath the physical we find the emotional,

The mental,

And at the beginning,

At the source,

Is the energetic pain that sits in our auric field.

By using modalities like Reiki,

Self-love,

Meditation,

And channeling,

I find ways to help my own self heal and those that feel called to the messages I receive.

I hope that this message brings you some needed healing and release today.

Let's first set ourselves up in a comfortable seat or lying down.

Making sure you feel supported and able to focus on this meditation this time for you.

Once you are set up,

Take a moment to wiggle the fingers,

The toes,

Let out a nice big sigh.

Bring yourself into this present moment by feeling the connection of your body to whatever is supporting you.

And now bring the attention to your breath.

We're going to take three rounds of breath,

Inhaling through the nose and scrunching the fingers and the toes as we do so.

Exhaling out the mouth,

Letting go of the tension in our hands and feet.

And when we do this,

We're already beginning to activate releasing pain.

See,

By clenching,

We are zeroing in on those areas where we feel pain.

And as we release,

We're telling our body and telling our auric body that we are ready to let go.

Pain's source comes from discomfort from old situations or feelings that have been repressed.

And when we feel it in our physical form,

It is the final stop of our souls telling us,

Hey,

Listen,

Be here now and find peace.

Alright,

Let's begin with a breath.

Three rounds deep inhalation through the nose,

Feeling it calm your mind,

Feeling it as you tense up your body finding focus on this current moment.

Big breath out the mouth,

Letting the hands and feet go,

Maybe making some noise,

Feeling the support of the ground even more.

Two more deep breath in through the nose.

Feeling the fingers,

Feeling the toes,

Feeling your body deep breath out the mouth,

Releasing tension,

Releasing stress,

Releasing pain.

One more deep breath in big biggest one yet,

Taking in even more than you think feeling your belly rise feeling everything tense.

Big breath out letting it all go feeling your belly fall feeling everything relax.

And now allow your breath to become more automatic,

But still full.

And if your mind ever wonders,

Anchor yourself back into your beautiful breath.

I now want you to bring your focus to the crown of your head to your crown chakra.

This energy center connects us to the infinite knowing that we are all one.

This is where we channel in messages meant for us where we release attachment so that we can truly find freedom.

We will utilize this portal this opening so that we may release ourselves from the constraints of pain to find freedom within.

Visualize or simply feel or maybe even hear a swirling golden violet light creating a crown above our head.

This is calling in Reiki energy healing energy into your beautiful arc being.

Maybe you see maybe you feel maybe you hear maybe you just know whatever sensation arises for you is perfect for you.

Simply stay present with it.

Now being to see that light funnel its way down into your physical being washing over you on the inside and outside,

Allowing you to glow relax.

Wash all the way down your arms,

Your torso,

Your back,

Your hips,

Your legs all the way down to your feet.

And now notice any areas that look or feel clouded.

This is where your pain is sitting.

This is where the healing is needed.

Let your focus be on these spaces and allow these words to bring you healing.

This pain is not real.

In fact,

It feels amazing because I have created this and now I am choosing to tell a different story.

A story of love,

Of forgiveness,

Of understanding,

Of truth,

Of knowing.

I choose to see this differently.

I choose to feel safe.

I choose to be creative.

I choose to be strong.

I choose to be loving.

I choose to be honest.

I choose to use my imagination.

I choose to open myself to the infinite knowing that all is perfect from yesterday to today until forever.

I choose to see this differently.

I choose to heal.

I choose to feel until I know what to do.

Then I let go.

When I am able to watch the emotions from above,

Then I will know this pain is not real.

It never was.

It was an illusion and the truth is love.

So we see that this pain is a creation of our beautiful yet sometimes blocked mind and heart.

And that we can heal it by diving deep into it,

Into the pain,

Into the shadow,

Into finding out where it comes from.

And by doing that,

We are able to meet it with love and understanding.

We are able to remind ourselves that we are truly at our core safe and sound and loving and loved.

And it is okay to feel okay.

The choice is yours.

You may sit with this as long as you need.

And it is okay if for today it is just a little bit of release.

Each journey is unique.

When you feel ready and called,

Slowly you will wiggle your fingers and toes and bring your body back.

Whenever you are ready,

Love is always there waiting for you.

And I thank you for taking this important time for your own heart.

By doing this healing for you,

You are truly helping to heal the world.
