Welcome to today's EFT tapping session.
If you are new to EFT it is so easy,
You just do as I do and say as I say.
So tap the same point in your body and repeat back what I say during the pause.
We're going to start on the side of our hand.
Sometimes it feels like I'm trying my very best.
And that even so,
The very best is not enough.
And maybe I feel a bit let down by this.
Disappointed.
Heartbroken.
Or any other way.
And even though I feel this.
Even though sometimes I feel like my best just isn't enough.
I'm choosing to deeply and completely.
Love,
Accept,
And forgive myself anyway.
I'm open to the idea.
That even if I feel like I'm at my limit right now.
Maybe there was something more.
Maybe I can work this out.
And I'm here today to choose self belief.
To not let these heavy feelings get me down completely.
This storm too shall pass.
Even though it feels like I'm trying my best and it's not yet enough.
Maybe I'm struggling to think of more to do.
Or maybe I know what to do.
But I'm just struggling to do it.
Or to learn it.
Or maybe I don't have the resources right now that I need.
And when it feels like I'm trying my very best.
And that this isn't enough.
I feel all kinds of things.
Maybe I feel overwhelmed.
Frustrated or want to give up.
Maybe I even feel embarrassed or ashamed.
Because I feel like I'm trying my best.
So where can I go from here?
And even though I feel this way.
It doesn't mean it's true.
And I am open to new possibilities,
Ideas or energy.
Coming into my world today.
How do we know?
Maybe everyone has days where they feel like this.
And maybe it feels easy right now to think that I've hit a ceiling.
Or to feel like there's no way through that ceiling.
But what if that simply wasn't true?
And as I look up at that ceiling.
Whilst I can't see what lies beyond.
I'm choosing to know that there is a beyond.
I can find the tools to take me there.
To break through this limit.
And I accept myself for feeling shitty about it sometimes.
I forgive myself for looking at that ceiling.
And for worrying that there's no way to break through it.
As well as that part of me might feel so logical.
So believable.
I'm open to the idea that it could be totally fucking wrong too.
I forgive myself for mistakenly believing I was at my limit.
What if it were possible to go higher?
What if there was a secret new level?
And it's kind of always been there.
I just wasn't choosing to look for it.
What if I were willing to seek the key to my newest level?
To trust.
Whether I have proof of his existence or not.
And I can choose to feel proud of myself.
To be in awe of myself as seeking new limits.
What if this was all a game?
A puzzle to solve.
And seeking the key to my newest level.
Could be a whole lot of fun.
Today I'm choosing to dial into my inner strength.
Today I choose to seek new solutions,
Answers or energy.
I no longer choose to live below my limits.
Maybe being at my limit means I'm at the top of my game.
And what if that never got to feel like a bad thing?
What if I were willing to be so uncomfortably at my limits?
And I would let those uncomfortable feelings flow through me.
I'm trying my best.
And I'm allowed to have good feelings about that.
Even within negative situations.
I am willing to be frustrated by my limits but never give up.
I'm willing to trust that limits can be expanded.
I choose to get creative.
I choose to keep trying my very best.
Even if I don't know the way.
I trust myself to find the way.
And to find the good things within that journey.
Even if it feels some days like I'm not going to get there.
I call bullshit on that lack of belief.
Because even though these frustrating days can be hard.
I'm willing to surprise myself with how high I can go.
I am willing to feel delighted by the new levels that I reach.
I trust that there is always more.
I can be grateful for where I am.
And at the same time,
I can see more.
I choose to always hold on to the things that I have achieved.
To acknowledge the things that I have brought into the world.
I choose to believe that I've got this.
Even on the days when my brain tries to tell me otherwise.
I'm willing to believe.
That I might blow my own mind.
When I overcome this struggle,
Challenge or hard season that I'm in.
Maybe the solution or the answer.
It's even going to be really easy and simple.
And I'll get to laugh so hard once I realize it.
Today I choose to believe in myself.
