This EFT tapping track is to help you when you feel completely burned out and the old nervous system just needs a break.
I find it best to repeat back aloud each phrase during the pause as I tap but if you prefer to think along that is great too.
We will begin by tapping on the side of hand point.
I will tell you when we move away from this point and then you are free to move through the rest of the points as you see fit.
Let's start tapping gently on the side of our hands and repeat after me.
Even though I feel so burned out today I am choosing to deeply and completely love,
Accept and forgive myself anyways.
Now move from the side of the hand to the top of head point because maybe life lately has been chaotic.
Maybe my brain won't switch off.
Maybe my thoughts are racing.
Maybe I feel it here and there in my body.
Perhaps that's in my chest.
Perhaps that's in my throat.
Perhaps that's in my heart.
In my eyes.
My shoulders or my jaw.
Maybe the truth is I really need to stop.
To push the pause button.
I feel like I can't stop.
And it's causing all this tension.
And not even the sexy kind of tension.
The kind that is making me burned out.
And even though this is happening even though it's really hard I am choosing to accept myself today.
And what if it was safe for me to push the relax button in my mind?
And to enter a new mode even for just a few minutes?
What if right here,
Right now I could put down some of my stresses and choose to never pick them back up again?
Maybe I could take a deep,
Deep breath and every time I release my breath I let out more and more pent up stress.
Like a dragon breathes fire I am releasing my burden and my burned out energy.
Today I choose to push the reset button on my nervous system.
Today I am allowing myself to take a moment to reset.
I choose to take that tight ball of burnout from my heart or my chest or wherever it is held in my body and let it roll away from me right here,
Right now.
Like a ball of straw blowing away on the wind.
I choose to breathe fully right here,
Right now.
I choose to know that even if I started today burned out or I find myself burned out right here,
Right now there is energy all around me.
And I can draw it in like a magnet.
What if I could choose to reset my nervous system anytime?
What if I could choose to start to feel great again?
I choose to allow myself that reset right here,
Right now.
And to let go of anything I can that is standing in the way of this.
It is time for me to let go of anything that I do not need to hold on to.
I am safe to let go.
I am safe to live in this moment.
I am safe to breathe this breath deeply.
No matter what this day this week,
This life holds for me I choose to love myself in this moment and in this breath.
I choose to accept myself in this moment and this breath.
I choose to forgive myself in this moment and this breath.
And from here what if this turned out to be a really beautiful day?
