This EFT Tapping track is to help you reset when you feel completely burned out and your nervous system just needs a break. Note: I will not guide you through the EFT tapping points verbally in this audio. Please see a supplementary version titled: For When You Feel Completely Burned Out (EFT w. points) where I will guide you verbally through the points as we go if you preferthat format. Or simply repeat the phrases without tapping. Thats ok too! The flow through tapping points are: 1. On the top of the head, 2. Start of your eyebrows (inner eyebrow), 3. Each side of the eyes, 4. On your upper cheek below the eyes 5. Above your lip (below the nose), 6. Middle of chin, 7. Collarbones , 8. Under the armpit, 9. Bang your wrists together! 10. Start from 1 again!
