Welcome to today's EFT tapping session.
If you are new to EFT,
It is so easy.
You simply do as I do and say as I say.
You tap the same point and you repeat back what I say.
So we're now going to start tapping on the side of our head.
Maybe lately life has felt like it's moving a million miles an hour.
Things have felt like they're moving so quickly.
And maybe it's been a lot.
Maybe it feels like I'm running everywhere every day.
Maybe my thoughts are even racing as well.
And maybe despite this.
In ways it even feels like I'm still not going fast enough.
Maybe there isn't even a moment to breathe.
Because everything is happening.
And it's happening fast.
And even if this is true,
I choose to give myself permission to take my foot off the gas today.
Even though I've been struggling to slow down.
I'm choosing to deeply and completely.
Love,
Accept,
And forgive myself anyway.
Everything is going on.
I'm in a fast and furious mode.
Maybe I'm doing it all.
Or at least it feels like I'm trying to.
Maybe it feels like there are no moments to catch my breath.
Like I've gotten caught up in the fast lane.
And maybe I forgot that it's me in control of this car.
What if I could push the brake?
Go slow for a second.
Take a pit stop.
Take a really deep breath into my lungs.
Knowing I'm safe to slow down.
I'm safe to slow down my thoughts.
I'm even safe to slow down how fast I'm tapping.
And even if part of me is trying to go really fast.
Maybe that part feels behind or under pressure.
Or any other reason I may have.
I'm wanting to speed through life right now.
I'm still choosing to bring myself back.
To a slow,
Unhurried pace.
Today gets to be a slow day.
I'm letting any racing thoughts Disappear into the distance because today I'm taking a moment to slow down.
I trust that everything will get done.
When it's meant to get done.
I trust that nothing will be forgotten.
And I'm safe to slow down.
And even though maybe it feels like the world is moving fast around me,
I'm struggling to keep up.
And maybe I even forgot what slow even feels like.
Or it feels kind of boring to parts of me now.
I choose to accept and forgive this.
And what if today I did slow things anyway?
Like have a slow coffee.
Or sit and do nothing for no reason.
Or maybe do my workout really slowly.
To feel what slow feels like in my body.
What if I'm safe to do this?
What if slow is really lovely?
Maybe it's even really powerful in this vast world.
As we always talk about how the tortoise ran the race.
If we don't talk about all the scenery they might have seen.
And how good it felt to move trusting their own pace.
So today I'm setting the pace.
And the pace is slow mo.
I trust that no opportunity will miss me while I am going slow.
Everything that is meant for me will find me today.
Slowness might allow me to feel things.
In my body or my mind.
That I was missing before.
And I trust myself within these emotions.
Whatever they might be.
What if slowness can feel really,
Really good?
Like a warm breeze on my face.
A midday nap.
Or people watching with a coffee.
Today I choose to embrace what slow means to me.
What if I was saved to choose to be slow today?
What if I ate my meals slowly?
What if I took a lusciously long time to do everything today?
Maybe being present.
Breathing fully through it all.
What if going slow allowed me to notice new things?
Smells or sounds around me.
Or any other small and beautiful parts of slow life.
I choose for today to be a beautiful slow day.
I am safe to slow down.
I accept how I'm feeling.
And I'm safe to slow down anyway.
Today I am going luxuriously slow.
Today,
Tomorrow,
Or any day.
Be it for a moment,
An hour,
Or the whole day.
I am safe to be slow.
And I choose to allow myself all the slowness.
My mind,
Body and soul needs.
Today gets to be luxurious,
We slut.
I choose for today to be beautifully peaceful.
I'm embracing the power of presence.
And I trust myself within this.
At all times.
Stop there.
Take a deep breath and hold at the top.
And release.
I would love to hear how that went for you today.
I hope you have a beautiful rest of your slow day.
