I find it best to repeat back aloud each phrase during the pause as I tap but if you prefer to think along that is great too.

Now move from the side of the hand to the top of head point because maybe life lately has been chaotic.

Even for just a few minutes.

I could put down some of my stresses.
Wrists and choose to never pick them back up again.

Maybe I could take a deep,
Deep breath.
Inner eyebrow and every time I release my breath.

I let out more and more pent up stress.

Like a dragon breathes fire.
Top lip,
I am releasing my burned out energy.
Chin,
Today I choose to push the reset button on my nervous system.

Today I am allowing myself to take a moment to reset.
Underarms,
I choose to take that tight ball of burnout.
Wrists,
From my heart or my chest.
Of head or wherever it is held in my body.
Inner eyebrow and let it roll away from me right here,
Right now.

Like a ball of straw blowing away on the wind.
Upper cheeks,
I choose to breathe fully right here,
Right now.
Top lip,
I choose to know that even if I started today burned out,
Or I find myself burned out right here,
Right now.
Collarbones,
There is energy all around me.
And I can draw it in like a magnet.
Wrists,
What if I could choose to reset my nervous system anytime.
Of head,
What if I could choose to start to feel great again.
Inner eyebrow,
I choose to allow myself that reset right here,
Right now.
Side of eye,
And to let go of anything I can that is standing in the way of this.
Upper cheeks,
It is time for me to let go of anything that I do not need to hold on to.

I am safe to let go.
Chin,
I am safe to live in this moment.

I am safe to breathe this breath deeply.
