Ground Into The Center Of Gaia

Balance your chakras and dive deep into the center of Mother Gaia. Connect with your guides here and feel refreshed, comforted, and at peace. Come into a deep state of relaxation and journey to the center OF Mother Gaia, grounding, cleansing, and nurturing you. This practice was taught to me by Vonetta Taylor.

Hello and welcome. Welcome to our Goddess Inc meditation. Thank you for being here. As we begin I ask that you either sit down or lie down. Get comfortable wherever you are. Taking an inhale through your nose. Holding it at the top before you exhale out through your mouth. Holding it out at the end. Inhale in through the nose. Holding at the top. Exhaling all the way out. With each exhale feel your body begin to melt. Feel the muscles in your forehead relax. Feel the muscles in your jaw begin to open up. Releasing the tongue from the top of the mouth. With each inhale feel your shoulders open up, Dropping down, Melting, Relaxing. Feel your arms and your fingers supported by whatever you're lying on. Fully relaxed. Moving down your body feel your hips open. Drop your legs and your feet out to the sides. Moving deeper into this state of relaxation. Whatever you're sitting on or laying on feel it supporting you. Lifting you up and holding you like a cloud. Let all your thoughts of today, All the thoughts of what you have to do tomorrow, Let them all go. You're here right now and that's all that matters. Your only job right now is to relax. Inhaling in through the nose, Holding at the top. And as you exhale release and begin to scan your body. Starting at your head moving all the way down to your toes. As you scan imagine each of your chakras, Your energy portals. See them, Notice them. Starting at your crown, The top of your head. Focus your energy here. Notice whatever thoughts may come up here. Notice them without judgment, Without attaching to them. Just letting them float by. Maybe you notice that as you're scanning one chakra is leaning more to the left or to the right. And you gently and tenderly bring it back into harmony, Into alignment. Bringing your focus into your third eye, Between your eyebrows. Maybe notice the size of your chakra here. Is it big and expansive? Is it overactive? Is it dim and small? Just notice. Dropping down into our throat chakra, Let out an exhale here. Releasing any tension in your throat or in your neck. Moving into your heart, We're gonna take a big inhale, Filling up with light. Notice any blockages or resistance that you may feel here. You deserve to be filled with this light. Dropping into our solar plexus right above our belly button, Our playful home of creativity. Continue to relax and flow through each chakra, Swimming from one to the other, Dropping deeper and deeper down into our body. We move into our sacral chakra, Located at our reproductive organs. The home of our divine feminine, Our passion, Our power. Let yourself explore here. And finally, We rest in our root chakra at the base of our spine, Our home base, Our foundation. As you get comfortable in your root chakra, Start to notice any tension, Resistance, Any flighty energy you may have. Focus your energy deeper here. This is our grounding space, Our space of stability and security. Come home here. This is also a place where fear can lie. Whatever fears or thoughts come up, Let them flow up, All the way up, And imagine yourself giving them a hug. Comforting your fears, Knowing that they're real and valid. They are learned behaviors from trauma. You are safe here. This is a safe, Sacred space. You are loved. You are more than any fear you may have. You are a miracle. You are a creation of the cosmos. Now we're going to ground ourselves even further by focusing our energy down through the floor, Through the levels of your house, Your apartment, Driving your energy into the ground of the earth, Down through all of the layers of our soil, Through the crust of Mother Gaia. Send your energy further and further and further down into the earth, Through all the layers of our planet, Through the layers of plasma, Down, Down, Down. We move into the center of the earth. And here you arrive in a cave. It's small, So you have to crawl, But you see a light at the end of the tunnel, So you crawl towards it. You can feel the primal, Ancient energy here. It's deep. It's powerful. When you reach the light, You step out and you see a giant, Glowing ball of energy. It's warm here. It feels familiar. It feels magical. You look around and you see everyone in our Zoom gathering tonight. You say hi and hug each other. It's so good to see you. It's so good to be together. We all form a circle around our giant, Glowing energy ball. We call upon our guides to come forward. I ask that all holy and benevolent guides of unconditional love come forward now. I invite in Lakshmi, Saraswati, Isis, Green Tara, Kali Ma, Hecate, Venus. I call in Buddha, Krishna, Yeshua, Ganesha, Shiva, Hanuman. I invite in all the angels and archangels of unconditional love, All of the ascended masters. I welcome you into our circle. It's so good to be here in the womb of Mama Gaia, The center of our planet. It's so good to come home. Know that you can come here anytime. This space rejuvenates us, Comforts us, Creates this community with all of us. This space connects us deeper to our planet. Now we walk towards a giant, Glowing energy ball and reach in. And using both hands, Touch the energy and let its light wash over you. Let it cleanse you and fill you up with the love that it is made of, Reminding you of the love that you are made of. Take a few moments here. Maybe you dance in this womb space. Maybe you continue to shower yourself in this loving light energy. Maybe you lay down. You're surrounded and comforted by your guides. Let your imagination run wild here. You are free to dream. This is your home. Now it's almost time to go. Say goodnight. Say goodbye to your friends. Hug each other tight. Thank you for being here. Thank your guides for coming through tonight. Turn to them and ask, What do you need me to know? Now crawl back into the cave and shoot back up with the energetic core that you have created. All the way up past the plasma, Through the crust of the earth, Through the soil, Through the foundation of your home, All the way back into your physical form. You do arrive back in your body. Begin to come back to awareness. Feel your body again. Wiggle your toes or your fingers. Roll your wrists. Reach your arms over your head for a big good morning stretch. A deep inhale through the nose and sigh it out. And when you feel ready, You can open your eyes. Welcome back. Hello. I hope you feel refreshed and grounded.
