Listen or speak aloud these chakra affirmations. Beginning at the root chakra we affirm and balance, opening each chakra and clearing out any stagnant energy or energy that does not belong. Once clearing we affirm balance, harmony, peace and growth.

Starting at our root chakra, Focus your energy at the base of your spine. Feel it circulating and moving. Affirm, I am grounded, Safe and secure. I am protected. I am stable, Comforted. I am bold. I let go of any fear that resides within me. I know, Feel and believe that I am safe. Everything is already taken care of. Everything is working out. Best case scenario. Moving up to your sacral chakra. I feel my divine feminine rise. I embrace my sensuality. I am a unique and incredible being. I express myself with grace and ease. I move through life with passion and grace. I embrace myself and accept myself wholeheartedly. I am a magnet for my manifestations. Moving into your solar plexus, We affirm. I heal my inner child. I let go of any pain or experiences that have left me scarred. I am loved and held by my angels, Guides and ancestors. I express myself fully and authentically. I am light, Playful and confident. Moving into your heart. I open my heart up. I let go of any fear, Pain or limitations that reside here. I open myself up to all of the love, Joy, Abundance and goodness that is meant for me. I love myself as a divine masterpiece that I am. I accept myself. My heart is set free to love, To play, Feel, To express itself fully and authentically. I am so grateful to have another day to be the best version of myself. I am so blessed with the love and support that I have in my life. I am so grateful that I get to start fresh every day. I am so grateful to have this human experience, To have this body. Moving to our throat chakra. I let go of any blockages in my throat chakra. I clear out any energy that holds me back from speaking my soul's truth with kindness, Grace and strength. I step boldly into whatever projects and ideas that I have, Knowing that these are divine inspirations. I know that my words manifest quickly, So I am aware of the words that I speak. Moving to our third eye, We affirm. I open up my third eye chakra. I see beyond the veils of this realm. I view life from the perspective of my highest self. I am profoundly clairvoyant, Profoundly claircognizant, Profoundly clairaudient and profoundly clairsentient. I use my psychic gifts to align me deeper with my highest self. I am inspired. I receive messages from source and I take action on them as I'm meant to. I trust my intuition and I use it as my guiding force through life. Now we arrive at our crown chakra. I open up my crown chakra. I am filled with bright divine light. I embrace the amazing blessings that come towards me. I am a being of light, So bright and pure that others around me can see, Feel and be inspired by it. I feel this divine white light flow into each chakra, Bringing them into balance. This light fills every cell, Every muscle, Every tissue and bone. It flows all the way into my root, Into my feet, Grounding me into Mother Earth, Into Mother Gaia. I am a pillar of light on our planet. I anchor in light, Healing myself, The collective and Gaia. I am so grateful to be alive in this moment. Thank you. And so it is.
