Hello and welcome to today's guided meditation.
Lay down or sit in a chair on a meditation pillow wherever you're most comfortable.
And just start to relax.
Let your body begin to melt.
Feel the muscles in your forehead relax and your jaw.
Maybe release your tongue from the top of your mouth,
Opening up,
Falling into relaxation.
Feel your shoulders open up,
Melting down and relaxing everything.
Move down your body,
Relaxing your arms and your hands.
Feel your legs and your toes begin to relax.
Feel your bed or your mat,
Wherever you're laying or sitting,
Feel it supporting you.
Then lifting you up,
Holding you close as you relax into it.
Feels like a cloud supporting you,
Softly letting you fall into it.
Let all your thoughts of today,
What you have to do tomorrow.
Let it all go.
You're here now and that's all that matters.
Your only job right now is to relax.
Now imagine yourself walking in a forest.
And as you walk,
You feel the grass under your bare feet,
The little dew drops on your skin.
You notice the beautiful trees and their leaves dancing in the wind.
You walk further into the forest,
Feeling blissful and free.
And eventually you arrive at a river.
You sit down beside it and you begin to wash your hands in the water.
It's so cool and refreshing on your skin.
You feel every cell in your body rejuvenated from this pure rushing water.
You begin to cleanse your whole body in it,
Scooping the water and running it down your arms and your neck,
Splashing it on your face.
As you run your hands up and down your arms,
You notice how beautiful your body is.
It's your home and your sacred vessel to this life.
You feel an immense gratitude for your body wash over you.
Eventually you dip your feet in the water and you know that the water has slowed its rushing and this would be the perfect place to swim.
So you slowly dive into the cool water.
It pulls you into its embrace as you splash around in it,
Diving deep and rising up to the surface over and over.
Just take some time now to play in the water.
Let yourself explore this sacred space.
Now rise up to the surface of the water.
You realize the sun has set and you look up at the big beautiful moon.
Its beams dance on your skin as you look up at it.
You come into stillness,
Floating on your back in the water.
You're safe here.
You are protected and free to float and just be.
Find comfort in the water's moving embrace as it caresses your skin.
As you float,
Imagine your dream life in terms of physical manifestation.
What is it you dream of in your life?
Imagine the version of yourself that has the job,
Home,
Lifestyle,
Environment that you dream of.
See that version of yourself dancing up in the sky above you.
Relax,
Watch that life unfold before you.
What are you doing?
Where are you?
Surrender to this dream and play in it.
Relax and bask in the glorious life that you're creating before you.
Now shift your focus into your mind and imagine what you'd like to embody in your mindset.
Maybe it's more clarity or positivity.
Maybe it's new ideas and projects.
Maybe peacefulness.
Maybe you want to be sharp and cunning,
Quick and resourceful.
Or maybe you want to be more creative and imaginative.
Imagine that version of yourself that has the mindset you dream of.
How does it feel?
You're free to dream here.
Release any limitations and let yourself really explore the version of yourself that you desire to embody.
Watch this dream unfold before you.
See yourself being at peace in meditation or in nature.
Or if your dream is to be more creative,
See yourself taking action on your creative ideas.
Now moving into your heart space.
In your dream life,
How do you want your heart space to be and feel?
How do you want to handle your emotions?
What energy do you want to embody?
Do you want to let go of the baggage or pain that you've carried for too long?
Maybe you see yourself fully surrendering and crying,
Letting go of anything you no longer need in this heart space.
Maybe you want to transmute your feelings more quickly.
So you see this version of yourself feeling your emotions out and moving them through you,
Quickly releasing them.
Maybe you see yourself welcoming more love into your life,
Opening your heart space more deeply to accept the love that's flooding towards you in all forms.
Maybe you embody more love for yourself.
What does it feel like to have this beautiful heart space?
Let it wash over you.
Feel the deep love that resides in your heart.
Now what do you want to manifest in your spirituality?
Is it deeper meditations,
More connection to Gaia,
To your guides?
Is it new spiritual practices you want to implement into your life?
More rituals and ceremonies?
Imagine yourself fully embodying your highest self.
What qualities or gifts does your highest self have?
See your light body.
See it filled with love,
Expanding so bright,
So pure.
Take a moment to just be with this version of yourself.
Over all of these different manifestations,
Look up at them as a whole above you.
See the version of you that lives in this dream physical world that embodies your dream mindset,
Your dream heart space,
And is that divine,
Bright,
Beautiful self.
Look at that version of yourself and feel that energy.
That is you.
Rise up to that version of yourself so you stand face to face.
Reach out and embrace them.
Hug yourself so tightly with so much love and gratitude that you merge into one.
You are embodying that version of yourself that you dream of.
Drink it up and let yourself dance in this moment.
How does it feel?
Now float back down to the water.
Let it wash over you one more time,
Cleansing you and purifying you.
Begin to step back onto the grass out of the water.
Raise your arms up to the moon and thank her for bathing you,
Bringing you light as you journey through the forest tonight.
Begin walking back down the path that you came on.
The world looks a little different in the dark and the moon's beams lead you as you go.
As you walk,
A door appears before you.
You know this door leads you back to your body,
Back to the present.
You reach forward and open it with gratitude and excitement,
Knowing that as you step back into your body,
You are the new highest version of yourself.
You know that your dreams are manifesting rapidly and will appear in this realm soon.
Start to feel your body again coming back to the present.
Wiggle your toes or your fingers,
Roll your wrists.
Maybe do a big full body stretch,
Arms up,
Breathing deep.
When you feel ready,
Go ahead and open your eyes.
