Hi,

Glenn.

It's Gladys Ellen here and I want to say congratulations on your 100th episode.

You are such an inspiration and I'm so proud to call you a colleague of mine and a friend.

Keep doing what you're doing,

Igniting passion and inspiration and I look forward to more.

Hi,

Glenn.

This is Jessica Xavier.

I just want to say congratulations on your 100th episode.

I'm so glad I've gotten to work with you.

I hope that you continue to share your love,

Your light and your wisdom.

Thank you and congratulations again.

Hey there,

Glenn.

This is Tim,

Your former guest and current client.

I wanted to congratulate you on your 100th episode of your podcast.

For those who are listening,

I'll let you know that I have the privilege of seeing Glenn in person.

However,

I think I've learned just as much from this podcast as I have from seeing Glenn in person.

So it's truly a blessing to have something like this out in the open free for everyone to listen to every other week.

Congratulations once again,

Glenn,

On your 100th episode.

I think that's amazing.

It all here's to 500 more.

Hi,

This is Raquel celebrating Glenn's 100th episode on podcast for those seeking to reach higher levels of consciousness.

Congratulations.

Hey,

Glenn.

Brian here.

For the first time I saw you at the Twin Rivers Casino at that holistic event,

Sitting at your booth with life coaching across the front of it.

To the events you've invited me to and we've done together,

What impresses me the most about you is someone who walks the walk.

You were a fellow on the path of life coaching and you live it.

You walk your path and by doing so you shed lights on not only other people's paths but how they can find their individual path and keep walking.

So thanks for walking your walk.

Thanks for talking your talk from the walk and I hope you keep doing it.

You're an inspiration to all of us.

Thank you.

Welcome to life lessons and laughter with your host Glenn Ambrose.

Hello everyone.

Welcome to the podcast and we just listened to my former guests being so kind and thoughtful as to congratulate me on the 100th episode and us.

It's really us,

Dave and Ben too.

Why is he first?

I don't know.

Because he's not usually here.

Ben and Dave is that better?

Ben and Dave?

Thank you.

Ben and Dave even sounds better.

I went clockwise.

I think that's what happened.

And in order of importance.

So anyway.

You've been the co-host on 96 of these shows.

That's right.

That's true.

Ben,

You're a wonderfully large part and I didn't mean to imply any different by the order in which you were introduced.

Fair enough.

I think we can move on from that.

So anyway,

Yes.

Thank you for those kind words from everyone.

And we are talking about the meaning of life.

The meaning of life?

Go big or go home is what I always say.

Yeah.

Yeah.

We want to do something big.

Well,

We started with happiness.

Yes.

Episode one was happiness.

So I thought that episode 100 needed to be something very grandiose.

I know no one can see this,

But I love how the minute he said we're talking about the meaning of life.

It was sunny out and now it's very cloudy.

It's about fine.

Yeah,

But the sun is still shining.

Right.

You just can't see it.

It's still there.

That's kind of the point.

That's the meaning of life.

All right.

The sun is always shining.

There it is.

Yeah.

You can't always see it,

But it's always there.

So thank you.

Happy Hundo.

Yeah.

Later.

I love singing the theme song when I'm on the show.

So what is the meaning of life?

What do you think the meaning of life is,

Ben?

Why would you do that?

I think that the meaning of life is a movie by Monty Python.

And that is the only thing that I can say for certain.

For certain.

Good answer.

No,

I don't know.

I think the concept that I really wanted to talk about with you was that the meaning of life might be finding meaning in life.

I see what you did there.

Nice.

Yeah,

You're welcome.

Yeah.

Life lessons and laughter with Ben.

With Ben.

Glenn is the co-host.

Yeah.

And the way he's doing it is that he's just trying to get the weight in the wings.

There's a lot of truth to that.

I think we're going to get grandiose.

So that's what I'll do.

Big picture talking.

So I think the meaning of life can kind of.

.

.

In my head,

I come at it a couple different ways.

Basically,

And this is kind of the mentality of Eckhart Tolle's teachings,

Like his second book was A New Heaven and A New Earth.

So to basically explain what he's talking about is we're here to raise our vibration by getting healthier and happier and more fulfilled.

It raises our vibration to basically to meet this vibration of heaven.

So we're actually experiencing different lives just at different vibrations.

We're all in the same place.

It's just we're experiencing it differently because we vibrate differently.

So as we get happier and more fulfilled and find reconnect with our truths,

It raises our vibration and then we experience a new heaven and a new earth.

So that's kind of like the grandiose thing,

Which kind of heads me into the second way I look at it.

And that is,

I think we see it in a lot of spiritual teachings now.

It's about integration.

It's about integrity.

It's not about denying our humanness and just floating around all spiritual and pretending that there's no reality to our human existence.

It's really bringing spirituality into our humanness and integrating them and actually finding ways to be happy and fulfilled in this life,

Which kind of ties into what you were saying.

So you wanted to talk big picture.

That's big picture.

Podcast over.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Happy Hondo.

By the end of this,

I'm going to say it and it's going to be the end.

That's a lot of information.

Well,

It's that's we can't lob it over to Dave.

Yeah.

No,

No.

But so so that's the big picture thinking.

What does it look like on like a smaller scale to wrap our brain around it?

And it's it's all of our lessons.

It's like if we're looking at the the negative aspect of things,

Does that bring joy to us?

No.

So if we look at the positive aspect of things,

Does that bring joy to us?

Yes.

Okay.

Well,

Then we should probably do more of that.

Why?

Because it's just because the I believe that the way the world is set up is that we receive positive feedback when we do things that we're supposed to be doing.

And we receive negative feedback when we do things that we're not supposed to be doing.

So,

You know,

Basically,

The whole point is to steer us in the direction of what we should be doing by helping us experience more joy,

Happiness,

Peace and love in our lives.

So,

Which in turn raises the vibration and blah,

Blah,

Blah.

It goes back to the big picture thinking.

But,

You know,

It's just so if we're if the meaning of life is just really shifting our understanding of why things happen away from the victim mentality that,

You know,

The world's crapping on us and everything's wrong and shifting over to the mentality of maybe things are happening for me to to better my life for me to learn things,

To learn to look at things in a different way to empower me.

So I can actually work with life instead of struggling against it and therefore experience more happiness and breathe.

So,

Would you.

All right.

I'm trying to think of in a in a Christian mindset.

Yeah.

Right.

God was is love was full of love.

Right.

Made all of creation to and gave it free will.

Right.

And then the purpose of that was that you were supposed to learn and then choose to be grateful and love God back.

Right.

Right.

That was the purpose of free will is to love God because the relations any relationship based on love has to be one of choice.

Otherwise,

It's a relationship based on control.

So which isn't loving.

So in that mindset of you have this creator.

Right.

Who who created things to have free will with the with the goal of them to choose to to love it back to love the creation back or creator back.

Isn't that sort of what you're saying.

Yes.

You know,

You're it's it's kind of the same thing.

Right.

And that's that that's kind of what that's that's a good example.

It's because that I believe that all religious teachings when you get down to the core of them are dead on that they teach love and they teach mutual respect and kindness and compassion for one another.

And you know they all teach the same thing.

It's not you know that that's what happened when I started like when I woke up.

I heard go back to your original original religious upbringing if you have one and look at life through your new eyes.

So I did that and I went back to the I was raised Catholic.

So I went back to the Catholic religion and I looked at it and I went oh yeah this isn't for me.

I believe that there's some truth in there.

There's spiritual truths that underlie it.

But but the structure of the religion I don't believe in all the little tenants of it and stuff.

So I can't really follow it wholeheartedly.

So let me look at something else.

So I looked at another religion and another religion and another religion.

And as I went through these I started making my decisions quicker and quicker that now they're not for me.

So I stopped after several and I went why am I deciding these aren't for me.

And it and I was like well I believe.

I believe in the the the core of what they all teach which is love and compassion and and you know all that stuff that we just talked about.

I believe that and they all have that.

What I don't agree with is the dogma that sits on the top of each of them.

I don't think I really need that.

And that's when I went for straight spirituality.

I was like oh so I just like getting right down to the core of the teachings that underlie all of them.

And I don't necessarily like the dogma that sits on the top of each of them.

Can I just say something that I love.

I think that we're getting closer and Dave's going to hate me for saying this.

But as he pointed out when we asked the question what is the meaning of life and immediately got darker in here.

Yeah.

And since you're getting closer to it it's starting to get brighter.

Yeah.

So yeah that's that.

So if you don't have.

First of all Dave I'd love to get your thoughts on the meaning of life.

I thought this was going to be a recap show.

Oh we'll be in a little bit.

We're going to have some fun a little bit.

But the one thing that I want to add not that discussing the meaning of life is fun.

But the last thing that I want to say is I recently was listening to Mitch Abom's Super Soul Sunday and who's the author of Tuesdays with Morrie and the five people you meet in heaven.

And the magic strings of Frankie Presto.

That's true.

That's real.

I have no idea.

And about a million.

That's another novel that he wrote.

Articles for the Detroit.

Anyway.

He talked about Oprah asked him it was a super soul conversation.

Oprah asked him what he thought that the world's biggest like hunger right now was for.

And he said meeting everyone searching for meeting.

So that made me think what what is something if you're searching for meeting right.

So we're talking about the meaning of life is finding meaning if you can't find any meaning in your life right now like how is there a structure that you could put in to maybe find some meeting or to not even find it.

I don't even think finding acknowledging it is more right which kind of brings me right into the answer.

It's gratitude.

You know like I mean if you can't find any meaning in your life then you need to start with start working on your gratitude because I mean most people can find some meaning in their life.

If you can't find any then you just got to start you know start as simple as starting a gratitude list list five things that you're grateful for every day because you know if you start doing that it starts changing the wiring in your thinking where you start looking for things to be grateful for because you know you got to write them down.

You know and so I mean you can start there when it but most people are in that spot you know most people are more in the middle where they'd like more meaning but they don't really know and it's you know a lot of it is getting a life coach.

I mean that certainly would help.

This entire thing has been a 100 episode pitch.

Yeah.

Of course that would help but no it's about it's about really looking at what brings you joy because like I said you get a positive response when you're doing what you're supposed to be doing and you get a negative response when you're doing what you're not supposed to be doing.

So what brings you joy.

What do you when you do it you lose time and you just lose all track of time and you're just so wrapped up in doing it and it's so joyful you know and you look forward to doing it again.

What is that for you because honestly it's not the same for everyone.

You know it's it's I mean you know I use the ditch digging example because I think I think it's a good one quite frankly that's why I use it.

You know it's like some people can be like digging a ditch for a living.

Are you kidding me.

That would be so boring.

Somebody else is like are you kidding me.

I get to play in a giant sandbox for my entire life.

This is the most who has it better than me.

You know and it's like that's the type of thing we're not supposed to all be Oprah Winfrey.

We're not supposed to all be doing podcasts.

We're not supposed to all be singers.

We're not supposed to be all be businessmen we're not you know we're not supposed to.

We're supposed to be doing what brings us joy.

And that is the number one reason why I continue doing this podcast when I reshaped my business.

It's 100% of the reason why as I continue doing a life coaching sometimes there are dips and valleys and in the business end of it and all that stuff.

I never question it.

I never do because it brings me joy.

I get lost in doing it.

You know it's just I feel alive while I'm doing it and I feel alive directly following doing it.

And that's you know that that's why I'm that's 100% of the reason that I know that I'm doing what I'm supposed to be doing.

I mean there are other little things that point to it and say oh well people can connect with you well.

Yeah great.

That's not why I do it.

You know I do it 100% because I find joy in it.

You know and that's what we need to do and we don't all need to do what brings us joy for a living.

You know some people can go to a job eight hours a day or whatever and then do find their joy at home or in a hobby or you know it can be different structures.

We're not all the same as many different paths but find your joy find your passion and bring as much of it into your life as you can.

I think that's a slam dunk on searching for meaning in life.

That's 100 right Dave Dave.

Happy Honda.

All right so we are going to do something that we never do.

We're going to take a quick break and we're going to be right back.

Really.

Yeah.

Ben's got something in mind.

Hey everyone.

I'm life coach Glenn Ambrose.

Check out my new podcast What's Right with the World where we take a few minutes every Wednesday to share positive news stories and focus our attention on the wonderful things happening around the world.

What's right with the world with Glenn Ambrose every Wednesday on iTunes and Glenn Ambrose dot com.

And we're back.

Oh that was a long break.

So 100 episodes.

What's that.

That's how long the break was another 100 episodes.

So we have done a lot of episodes and I wanted to to talk about that a little bit at the end of the episode here because it's been a long time.

Yeah four years.

Yeah.

Four years.

It's been a long time.

That's,

You know,

Before,

Before I,

Before I woke up,

I don't think I had a job longer than three.

I think I held the job longer than three years.

Three was like my max.

First episode was February 23rd 2014.

Okay,

So we'll be it's almost basically 2018 right now.

And a couple months it'll be four years.

Yeah.

Wow.

That's a long time ago.

That's a really long time ago.

So,

Dave,

What have you learned through the last four years.

Yeah,

I'd like to,

I'd like to point out that when we started your podcast when we started life lessons and laughter.

Dave had a podcast of his own that was specifically called the sky is falling.

Yeah.

And the tagline that he came up with was the world through the eyes of a hopeful pessimist.

Right.

And I was a guest on that podcast.

You were before we recorded your first episodes.

Right.

And then after I did that you guys were like,

Why do you need a podcast?

Yeah.

And that's what started the whole thing.

I was like,

Yeah,

Okay,

It was fun.

And which is what we're just talking about.

That's how I made the decision.

I said,

Yeah,

Okay,

That was fun.

Let's do that.

Yeah.

So which is what Brian Reed teaches all the time.

What's,

You know,

What's cool.

Yeah,

Yeah,

I want to do that.

So do that.

You know,

Whenever somebody really reaches some really does something amazing.

That's basically what their thought is.

It's like,

Well,

You know,

Why do you want to do that?

Because it's cool.

Let's go do that.

Let's see if that plays out.

You know.

Yeah,

We just did it because it was fun.

Right,

Dave?

That's right.

That's why I do everything.

I don't even know what to say.

Dave is still on Christmas vacation from three years ago.

Well,

You do sing for a living.

I do.

And that is fun.

It is fun.

So,

You know,

So there is some truth.

Yeah.

To that even from a from what a what pessimist a hopeful pessimist a hopeful pessimist.

Yeah.

That's the hopeful part of the pessimist.

That's right.

So people that listen to I think Dave co-hosted maybe like episode like 1415 or something.

And he he sounded a little bit,

You know,

He was the he if this show had an antagonist,

It was it was it was Dave.

It was,

You know,

Not he brought in that added dimension.

Yeah.

I mean,

I'm pretty gung ho like.

Sure,

Glenn,

Tell me what's up and I'll agree with you,

You know,

Kind of.

Yeah.

And Dave's like,

I guess I see what you're saying.

Yeah.

So,

Dave,

You've had to listen to all 100 of these episodes.

Almost.

Do you feel like you've gotten anything out of it?

Yeah,

Definitely.

Anything you'd like to share with listeners?

Thank you for elaborating specifically.

I've absorbed it all and it's,

You know,

Come out in certain ways.

Well,

Our lives have all really expanded in the last four years for sure.

Yeah.

You know,

It personally,

Professionally,

Living wise,

Just everything is really expanded.

It's it's been a lot of change in the last four years.

Yeah.

A lot of a lot of change.

Almost nothing is the same except that we're doing this podcast.

Right.

And it's all been positive change.

So,

I mean,

We're heading in the right direction.

This podcast is doing something to us.

Possibly driving us crazy.

Possibly.

But yeah.

Do you have a favorite episode or moment from the show?

No,

I have no idea.

Well,

Actually,

The only thing that comes to mind and I'm kind of I'm not good at that,

Like reflecting back and picking out one or two.

Yeah.

You know,

That would I would like have to look at the title of each one,

Wrap my brain around what was being taught.

And then but the only thing that really jumps out at me was the time when we're laughing so hard we had to stop.

Yes.

That was because that that happened once in four years where we're in hysterics so much that we couldn't even speak.

Yeah.

And we had to stop recording.

So,

Yeah,

That that has to be one of my favorite because it's the most joy filled.

When you were saying that it was comfortable to sit in your own crap.

Yeah.

And everyone likes that.

And you went,

It's warm.

That's what everyone's like.

It's comfortable.

It's warm.

And we were like,

What are you saying?

And it stinks.

It's like I don't even know what it's your thing.

So you can kind of stand it.

The metaphor.

The metaphor was fine.

No,

We're going to keep going with it.

Oh,

Yeah.

I kept pushing and you guys,

You guys were dying.

I was like,

I can't do this.

I kept trying to say,

Good,

We know what you're talking about.

It was like back.

I was trying to paint the picture,

Man.

It was exactly that was it was like you were Charles Dickens and you were getting paid by the word.

You're like,

Let me keep going on that.

You're going to be so descriptive case.

You didn't understand what I was saying.

That was a great moment.

Well,

Sometimes I do feed off the response to more.

You guys went the more I wanted to keep going with it.

We've had some guests as you've heard from you heard from mostly all of them at the beginning of the show.

We haven't we've only had a handful of guests.

Right.

They were all two partners.

And I think they all went really well.

They enjoyed it.

Yeah,

I enjoyed having guests.

I think,

You know,

It's the fact that we haven't had more guests is definitely not a reflection of the joy I get out of it.

It just kind of you know,

This just kind of fuels itself,

I guess.

And to get gas,

We kind of have to step out of the norm and actually go find somebody.

I know that's everybody has their own schedule and stuff like that.

So it's that's probably why it hasn't happened so much.

But yeah,

I really have enjoyed having the guests on.

It's another dimension,

You know,

And I'm sure that we'll have I think we'd usually do about like two to guests a year.

Yeah,

Something like that.

So I'm sure we'll have some on in 2018.

And is Dave,

Do you have a favorite moment from the show other than favorite episode or favorite moment favorite episode?

Favorite episode was Dow Pooh and or holiday specials 2015.

This as I said earlier,

This would normally be our holiday special.

By the way,

We say Dow Pooh because it's Glenn's absolutely favorite episode.

Oh,

I did ever.

Yeah.

Also,

He was so excited going into it.

Genuinely,

He was like,

You guys,

This thing,

The Dow Pooh.

Yeah,

Well,

Just do one of the Dow Pooh because it has endless really like interesting quotes and it ties back to something you wouldn't normally.

I thought it was a wonderful idea.

And I read a page and you would go,

Yeah,

That's.

Yeah,

It was just flat,

Man.

I just I just really did not enjoy myself on the podcast and it showed that honestly,

Though,

Did we record like the first couple at the same time?

Yes.

OK.

So I think my favorite moment would probably be like either near the near the end of the first episode or the beginning of the second one.

You could like as just because I wasn't on it.

I was just recording.

Yeah.

So you could see that you were I could see that you were like,

Yeah,

This is good.

This is good.

And you started to feel your stride.

Yeah.

And I was like this at that moment,

I was like,

This is going to be a good thing.

This is going to be good because I think he's really enjoying it.

And I think it's going to work.

So for me,

That was one of my favorite moments was near the beginning.

I can see that recording.

You started off.

You can hear it.

You're pretty nervous.

You're like,

Hello.

I was I listen to the happiness one first one.

And I was such a different like like a year ago or something.

I listened to it kind of to refresh my memory.

And I was like,

Oh,

Yeah,

I was nervous on that one.

Yeah,

But it didn't take long for you to find your stride where you were like,

OK.

And I was like,

This is going to be sweet.

Yeah.

So,

Yeah,

My favorite.

That's a real.

Yeah.

I miss the Ambrose pause.

Ah,

Which I wish that you're just not.

How can you miss it?

We beat that thing to a bloody pulp.

That was like the first 50.

It was like the first 50.

It's people on Insight Timer that listen to my podcast that are still listening to the Ambrose pause because I upload them in order.

So they're probably still at the end of year one when it's still happening.

The reason why that existed was because I don't think you could remember the name of the show.

Like,

I can't remember anything.

You're like life.

Yeah,

I can't tell you how many times you said life,

Laughter and lessons.

And then Ben goes,

Nope,

Like in the episode that's in the edit.

Life,

Lessons,

Laughter.

How about the fact that it took like two years for you,

Dave,

To just go,

You know,

I say the name of the show.

You know,

You don't have to say hello.

Welcome to the show.

I would love to just say welcome to the podcast.

Because we are all good at certain things and we are all bad at certain things.

And I am not good.

I am good at talking off the cuff.

I am not good at regurgitating something that I'm supposed to say.

I am not good at that.

It's just if I have we experience that again,

Trying to do the video.

I can't you have one sentence for me to just say into a camera and it will take 30 or 40 takes for me to do it.

Because it's just I can't memorize something and just regurgitate it.

It has to be off the cuff.

We just need to get you in front of a camera more though,

Because the same thing will happen.

You just have to,

You know,

Like that's the same thing with anything like,

You know,

You have this conscious thing of that you're being recorded,

Which is what it was in that first episode.

Right.

You know,

Oh,

I'm nervous.

I'm being recorded.

What am I going to say?

Now we put these microphones on and it's exactly the same as if we're just talking to each other without the microphones.

Right.

Yeah.

Yeah.

And it is the I my attention can be grabbed,

You know,

And that's what because I'm locked on and I'm talking and and things roll and that's what I do if like,

But my attention can still be taken sometimes,

You know,

Like it's there's been times when my sons come home from school.

And it's like,

Who's that?

You know,

My attention's right out the way.

I got to bring it.

I got to bring myself back.

Also,

You guys can't see this because it's not a video show,

But for the first time in 100 episodes,

Glenn showed up with a beard today.

Yeah.

Which,

Yeah,

No shave November,

Which I'm a big fan of.

I think that you should keep the beard,

Dave.

Totally.

Try it out.

Yeah.

For a while.

See what happens.

Yeah,

We shave it.

It looks great.

Vote on Twitter.

See it.

Yeah,

It's a visual thing.

I'll take a picture.

I'll put it up.

Do we have a Twitter account?

We have a Twitter account.

I'll put it on Facebook.

Do we have the guy who manages the Twitter account?

If there was a Twitter account,

You would be the it's like it's like it's all linked up.

It's like to the face.

Let's assume it's like it's all the computer.

If not,

By the time this comes up.

Yeah,

There'll be a brand new Twitter account.

Oh,

That was the day they recorded the show.

I think.

Yeah.

If you want to know when the show was recorded,

Just look at the start day of the Twitter account.

Unless it was a while ago,

In which case we did have one.

Yeah.

If it was prior to 2017,

Then it existed.

Then we were.

OK.

There is definitely a Twitter account.

All right.

And you should follow it if you were listening to this.

Yeah,

Absolutely,

Because we put a lot of effort into that.

Absolutely.

It's not just it's not just whatever's posted on the Facebook page.

We are very,

Very on top of that.

So very diligent tweet tweet tweet tweet.

If you're listening to this on Insight Timer,

First of all,

It's twenty twenty.

So but thank you guys.

That's that was a huge that was a huge shift for the show.

Oh,

Yeah.

So you know,

We've had a lot of listeners.

Yes.

Insight Timer allowed us to reach a lot more listeners all over the globe.

And a lot of listeners that listen to the old archived episodes on Insight Timer now definitely listen to the show.

Right.

Weekly.

Yeah.

Because ever since you went on Insight Timer,

The numbers for the show off of Insight Timer have gone up.

Right.

So it's definitely working.

I've seen both,

Too,

Because,

You know,

I end up talking with some of these people and some of them are even my clients now.

And it's funny because some of them go like,

Oh,

Yeah,

Well,

Yeah,

I'm listening to all of them,

You know.

Yeah.

Because I ask,

Have you,

You know,

Have you found the Web site?

Have you found the link to the rest of them?

And some people go,

Oh,

Yeah,

I listen to them all the time.

And then others are like,

You have more?

Yeah.

I'm like,

Oh,

Yeah,

I just recorded it.

You know,

I'm recording my hundredth soon.

They're like,

Oh,

My God,

Seriously,

This is awesome.

You know,

So so,

Yeah,

It goes both ways.

Some people follow the links and find the others and some just stay with the ones that are on Insight Timer.

But regardless,

It's been yeah,

It's been awesome.

I'd like to I'd like to just clear things up for everybody on Insight Timer.

Yeah,

I sound like I have a cold all the time.

I do.

Yes,

I had a nasal thing when I was a kid and then and for the baby.

And for the record,

He doesn't have a cold all the time.

Not all the time.

Nobody has.

You can tell it's a little more stuffy when it's a cold.

It's really unbearable.

Nobody has a cold all the time.

They should probably pick up on that.

Yeah.

Like how long is this cold going?

How is he like?

How could you possibly have a cold all the time for four years?

He has terrible allergies,

But he has to live with a cat.

That's the situation.

It's just it's never better.

Yeah,

Seriously.

Thank you,

Everybody,

For listening.

And thank you,

Glenn,

For doing the show for four years.

Oh,

Thank you.

That's awesome.

Thank you,

Ben and Dave.

Congratulations on 100 episodes,

Buddy.

Thank you.

And congrats to us for doing a podcast for 100 episodes uninterrupted.

Yeah,

I believe I did that.

That's crazy.

That's crazy.

No,

Like long hiatus is or like anything.

No missed weeks.

I don't think that's nuts.

That's crazy.

I think that that's growth.

Like when I see that my life grows,

I was like,

No,

Growth.

That is growth for sure.

It's you know,

That was one of the first things I noticed when like like I said,

I only had a job for like three years max.

So like once I woke up and started doing things,

I noticed that they started lasting longer.

I had longevity in things like I could stick with something and not just quit or or have it fall away or something.

I was like,

Wow,

This is it's you know.

So to me,

It's a it's a sign of progression and growth.

Us too.

Yeah.

And obviously we now have a secondary podcast for you.

You have a secondary podcast.

What's right with the world?

Truth.

So you can find that on iTunes and everywhere that you find our podcast.

WRWTW.

I don't know what that is.

It's very hard to know what that is.

Is that like WKRP in Cincinnati?

It's basically what's right with the world.

You named the show man.

WRWTW.

Oh my god.

Super easy for fans to say.

Yeah.

WRTW.

WRW.

Just say what's right with the world.

Yeah,

I can remember.

Right.

So you guys have every Wednesday,

You guys have these conversations between you two in the background that I'm not a part of.

That's with the WWT.

It's just the initials of the show.

You just picked up it.

Yeah.

I just threw a bunch of random letters out there.

How was I supposed to be like,

Oh,

Well,

It's the first letter of the.

.

.

Let's not get into this.

I don't know.

It's okay.

It's okay.

Context?

Anyway.

So that podcast exists.

So that podcast comes out every Wednesday.

You heard an ad for it earlier in the show.

About six minutes?

Yeah,

It's like six.

It's under ten.

Little quick little pick me up for you every week.

It's a news story.

It's good.

It's good.

And you have a big commitment.

But it's it's something that will help you smile,

Hopefully every week.

That's right.

Feel better.

Also weekly.

You have mindful Mondays,

The Glen Ambrose dot com blog.

Yeah,

Absolutely.

Which is great,

By the way.

Thank you.

Did you read today's?

I did read today's.

Oh,

What was it?

It was three steps to solving any problem.

Oh,

He did.

That was a podcast episode.

It was a podcast episode for us.

Check it out in the archive.

I get the email because I subscribe.

Dave,

You could subscribe to my blog as well.

I could.

Yeah,

I could.

That would be just be one more thing going in your junk mailbox.

My spam folder has been kind of empty lately.

Yeah.

Well,

That could go right in there.

I'm kidding.

We we we.

Dave and I do other stuff,

Too,

If you want to know about it.

Just check it out.

Google.

Check it out.

Google something.

You can figure it out.

You're smart.

Totally.

All right.

So thanks,

Glenn.

We went a little long,

But it was really fun.

Yeah.

Happy Hondo.

Yeah.

That's it.

Congratulations.

All right.
